SUMMER SESSION 2019

BLOG POST #3,246 AT THE AICP-END

411 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

If it hasn’t happened already, it’s getting time to light the Iranians up!
Pasadena, CA 91101, 09-20-2019 Friday:  The liberal Democrats should be down on their knees thanking God, Allah, or Karl Marx that President Donald J. Trump has returned energy independence to the United States by beefing up fracking operations, coalmining, and oil production from one end of the country, east to west, and north to south, to the other.  Sure, some locales such as here in California are fighting to maintain oil production thanks to ongoing attempts by the pond scum ruling us from on high in Sacramento to shut it down, but my hope is that they are so going to ruin our state that come 2022, we are going to be able to throw every last one of the Democrat bums out and replace them with conservatives who love their state and the people they represent.
The reason WHY the liberals and the environmentalists should be on their knee pads worshipping Donald J. Trump is because the frigging Iranians have done it again.  This past weekend, their Houthi proxies flew drones- and some say the Iranians fired off cruise missiles- into one of the biggest oil production facilities in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia- the Khurais oil field and the Abqaiq plant- thus causing uncertainty in oil prices and shipments from out of the Gulf.
This past Saturday evening/Sunday morning, we watched the immense, oily flames climbing into the sky.  It reminded me of photos I saw in a book on World War II when the Japanese attacked Dutch oil fields in the Netherlands East Indies in early 1942.
The Saudis have guaranteed a response, (which at the time of this writing had not yet happened but at publication time very well could), which I hope is going to be devastating.  The Iranians deserve everything they get and then some so I hope the United States does not lift the crippling sanctions that have Iranians close to cannibalizing one another in the streets.  They need a lesson and they need it soon because they are the BIG bullies on the block.
Many people earlier in the year congratulated President Donald J. Trump on his restraint at NOT lighting up the Iranians after they downed one of our drones flying in international airspace although the mullahs swear it was over their territory.
As we know, the Iranians are lying camel thieves, scum to the end who need a big lesson to put them in their place.  Back in the 1980s, President Ronald Reagan devastated their ‘navy’ by sinking almost all of it.  I wish we could destroy their new navy as well as their air force.
The best thing we could do is to take out their air defenses with stealth bombers, then light up their radar stations.  Then, we should go in and blast Kharg Island where much of their oil production for overseas shipment as well as their refineries for home consumption exist.
If we laid low this island, it would drive the Iranians back into the Stone Age, which we could increase by launching the mother of all cyber attacks on them and shutting them and their power grid down.
If the people are close to ousting the apocalyptical mullahs running the show, I think a gradual reduction of energy and military sites, the sinking of their navy, the destruction of their air force, SAM missile sites, and nuclear plants would leave these sons of bitches gasping.
At the same time, the Saudis and their Arab neighbors should launch an all-out blitz against the Houthi rebels, seeking to make Yemen into an ally again rather than an Iranian proxy state.  With our weapons and their boots, the Saudis should be able to liberate Yemen and return it to the Sunni Arab leaders who ran the country for decades.  Then and only then- along with attacks on Iran- would the Iranians pull back into their shell and perhaps surrender.
Kharg Island might not be the only place where the Iranians are dependent for oil shipping and gasoline production because during the Iran-Iraq War, the Iraqis laid the island low then and it took the Iranians a long time to get it back up and functioning.  Still, we can follow Saddam Hussein’s example and go after every energy site along their coast and inland using all the stealth aircraft and missile technology we have.
We should thank God and President Trump for his buildup along the southern border what with new construction on the long-awaited wall as well as an increase in deportations because the only way the Iranians can cause us problems is by launching terrorist attacks into the United States.
I am sure our intel agencies are working double time to monitor all the threats but we must all remain vigilant because we can put nothing past these scumbags.  Perhaps we should enlist freshmen Congresswomen Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar and send them to negotiate with the mullahs in Tehran to see if they truly are patriots or the devious, anti-American scumbags we know them to be.
The only way to punish a piratical regime is to beat the snot out of it.  If the European Union, the Chinese, and the Japanese rely on Middle Eastern oil flowing through the Persian Gulf is by mobilizing an international naval force and defending all tankers sailing through it.  We have done this before, most notably during the Iran-Iraq War and should do it again.  However, the bulk of the effort should be on these other nations because we are producing and exporting our own oil for the first time in decades.
I sure hope the world awakens to the fact that Iran is going to continue causing hegemony and committing aggression wherever it believes it can get away with doing it so the sooner the United Nations and freedom-loving nations around the world gang up on them and beats the snot out of them, the sooner the world can go back to business as usual.
Let’s light them up!

FEATURED ALBUM OF THE DAY:

The Climax Blues Band put out another great album a year after “Tightly Knit,” 1972’s “Rich Man.”  The same lineup as on the preceding album appeared on this record, too, and for fans, many swear it is the LAST GREAT Climax Blues Band album.  We at the AICP-END tend to be much more open-minded when it comes to how we feel about a band’s work over the years and folks; every group has the right to evolve and to change.  Unfortunately, some fans are so locked into a singular sound; they cannot tolerate a note of change.  Imagine if the Rolling Stones never changed after their first two albums, you know, never recorded “(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction, and just left it “Not Fade Away?”  People allow a band to change and to evolve and this album is a fine one but so are the ones that follow it.  Please, look for it and add it to your collection- you will enjoy it.

SPECIAL ALBUMS OF THE DAY:

Posted @ the Friday, December 28, 2012 Blog Post:

Mountain released their third live album, “From the Front Row…Mountain Live,” which came out on June 03, 2004.  This album features music recorded during a tour stop in New Jersey.  We hope you will seek it out at whatever site you visit for nothing but the best in rock-and-roll music as it is a must-own and at the time, a fond farewell to a group everyone loved.   This album featured a new lineup of Leslie West (guitars/vocals), Felix Pappalardi (bass/keyboards/guitars/vocals/ and production), Allan Schwartzberg (drums and percussion), and Bob Mann (keyboards/guitars).  This is a rousing live effort if ever one existed which is why we promote it with vigor to the readership.

Posted @ the Thursday, August 28, 2014 Blog Post A:

Mott the Hoople released their next live album, “The Original Mixed-Up Kids- the BBC Sessions,” on November 10, 1974, from a show in New York City.  An expanded version fleshes out the first show and adds another from England.  This is a great album featuring the band in its earlier incarnation complete with some variations on classic tunes.  The lineup features Ian Hunter (lead vocals/keyboards/rhythm guitar), Mick Ralphs (lead guitar/backing and lead vocals), Overend Watts (bass/backing vocals), Verden Allen (organ/backing vocals), and Buffin (drums) which is why we encourage everyone to add it to their collections.  Give it a listen, you will enjoy it.
