What is going on in the PR is a perfect example of what President Trump is talking about when he says the (Suicide) Squad should go back home and fix the places they came from before bitching about the USA

SUMMER SESSION 2019

BLOG POST #3,185 AT THE AICP-END

472 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

Nancy Pelosi, earn your honor back by stripping the four women of color of all committee assignments and campaign funds for 2020
Mukilteo, WA, 07-21-2019 Sunday:  Friends, this most likely is going to be my final post of the year as the rotation puts my return sometime in January 2020, when we get down to brass tacks and begin working at giving Mr. Trump a much-deserved second term.  The more the leftist nuts run amok in the streets, the better the 45th president’s chances at winning a second term.  What is more, I have deep conviction that the coattails of this president are going to sweep a long line of fellow Trumpist Republicans along with him, the likes of which will dwarf whatever we have seen in past election cycles.
Back in November 2016, I wrote a post in which, I first castigated the shoddy NFL commissioner Roger Goodell for dragging down a much-beloved quintessential American sport by permitting all the abuses we had to chafe under during the Obama years.  Thankfully, things are looking better now that the presence of President Trump and his renewal of patriotism in our country is making the sport better.  We can only hope it continues.
However, that is not my point today.  Here is what I want everyone to remember from that post:
We need to restore a sense of greatness in America because we were and still are a great nation if in the hands of competent presidential administrations.  Barack Obama has caused excessive damage to the foundational building blocks of the country that it might take a while to undo them but we know Mr. Trump and whoever follows him will restore the nation to the position it deserves as the Shining City atop the Hill.
If Mr. Trump can do this over the course of eight years and then perhaps a President Mike Pence over another eight years, we might see a Renaissance in America the likes of which, no one living today has ever seen.” (Gdansk, 12-November-2016)
Unlike the angry, out-of-control Democrats, most Americans want to see stability restored to their country.  While we can disagree with one another, we are overwhelmed by all of the America-hatred that many leftists and some disgruntled anti-Trumpers express around the clock every day.  It is something that is both tiresome and unnecessary and when the president says, ‘if you don’t like the country, then go back to where you came and make things better there.’
I mean, given the problems raging in Puerto Rico what with a corrupt government the people there want to step down so they can replace them with people better suited to represent them, one would see how President Trump’s comments would chafe away at Baby Evita’s pride.
I would ask AOC, isn’t the place from which you came- American but also NOT-American because the territory- were it to become the 51st state- would be our first non-English-speaking state which makes it more akin to Latin America than the United States.  Hence, the corruption.
When Hurricane Maria slammed into Puerto Rico not long after Trump entered the White House, the Democrats chided his response time and that of his administration to provide them the aid they required.  Chuck Schumer even lambasted the commander-in-chief by looking down his long nose and reminding Mr. Trump that “Puerto Ricans are Americans, too” (as if the president was unaware of that fact).
Aid did rush into Puerto Rico and the president paid a visit or two there to see things for himself.  Like a Latin American country and not an American state, earlier in the week, we began watching violent mobs in the streets of San Juan (a beautiful place- I’ve been there) demanding the governor step down.
Does this NOT reinforce what President Trump meant when he told the (Suicide) Squad to ‘go back home and make things right there before you complain about things here?’  AOC? He was talking to YOU (and Ilhan Omar who should make things better in her native Somalia before bitching about things here).
Unlike the PR, when Hawaii went from territory to statehood, they spoke English, acted American, and according to Chef Lilah welcomed the merging (well, most did) with the United States whereas in my view, Puerto Rico will always be like Latin America, like the Dominican Republican (look what is going on down there, looks like they have a serial killer whacking Americans), Cuba, Venezuela, or other s-hole countries which is why they should never receive statehood.
I do not want to sound like a racist (although knowing the left, I will automatically be made into one if they have not done so to me already) but Puerto Rico is indeed an example of a ‘s-hole country’ close to home.  At various times, we vacillate between giving them their independence and allowing them to sink and considering to making them the 51st state which will give the Democrats another two senators.
I say, give them their flipping independence and send them on their way.  We have enough Democrats trashing the country already so let us begin doing what we must to fix our country.  Baby Evita, time for you, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, and Ayanna Pressley to lose their seats.  Nancy Pelosi, strip them of everything and leave them for the wolves.  Earn your respect BACK.
See you next time, my friends, good Lord willing, and let us strive to drive the Democrats insane by forcing them back on virtually EVERYTHING for which, they currently stand.  SOBS!

This would have been my photo, I, your host, back in the 1980's when I was the Executive Chef at a country club in the Napa Valley but for security purposes, we have scaled some of our personal info back so now, you get a caricature of me done by up-and-coming Bakersfield street artist, Simone.  Nice job, Simone!  However, I spent many years working in professional Food Service, having begun as a young boy working for my father in his restaurant over on the coast in Pismo Beach.  Food Service is in my blood and it's something I still do actively every day in my late eighties in Washington State.

FEATURED ALBUM OF THE DAY:

Steve Hackett (guitars/bass/harmonica/vocals) went into the studio with his brother John Hackett (keyboards/flutes) with accompaniment from the Underworld Orchestra to record his next classical album. “Metamorpheus” came out on April 05, 2005.  For those who love classical guitar, this is an album everyone should seek out because this is one multi-talented musician, a true virtuoso and with his fellow musicians, they deliver a stunning effort everyone must check out so why not do it now.  Please, visit whatever site you do for nothing but the best in music.

SPECIAL ALBUMS OF THE DAY:

Posted @ the Sunday, October 28, 2012 Blog Post:

In order to conclude his deal with Electra Records, Arthur Lee handed over a final album, “Out Here” on December 08, 1969.  The same lineup that made the preceding effort appeared here, too: Arthur Lee (lead vocals/guitars/percussion/harmonica), Jay Donnellan (lead guitar), Frank Fayad (bass/backing vocals), Drachen Theaker (drums), along with some additional musicians.  Although this effort might seem somewhat forced, it is a 2-LP set that features some phenomenally personal material interspersed with some blues-rockers that only the 1960s could produce.  We hope you will seek this album out ASAP and consider adding it to your collection as it is rip-roaring excellent.  You will be glad you did.

Posted @ the Monday, July 28, 2014 Blog Post B:

Widowmaker formed with famed guitarist Luther Grosvenor aka Ariel Bender, late of Spooky Tooth and then Mott the Hoople joined forces with a variety of other British musicians such as Huw Lloyd-Langton (guitars), John Butler (vocals), Bob Daisley (bass), and Paul Nicholls (drums).  This, the group’s sophomore and final album, “Too Late to Cry,” (February 17, 1977), is a fine one and the song, “Sky Blues” is worth the price of admission alone.  Please seek out this superb effort by yet another spin-off British rock band and give it a good long listen- you will be so glad you did.
