SPRING SESSION 2019

BLOG POST #3,146 AT THE AICP-END

511 DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2020

‘Bout time the flipping Mexicans did something about the caravans…
San Diego, CA, 06-12-2019 Wednesday:  I found myself stifling a chuckle this past weekend what with Mexico dropping to its knees and begging President Trump NOT to place five-percent tariffs on all consumer and agricultural goods coming out of the dusty landscape of the southernmost North American country to ours.  The Mexicans do not want any tariffs placed on their goods as without us as a market destination and with the possibility of American companies doing business down there repatriating their factories and other infrastructure back to the homeland, they buckled fairly quickly.
Yet, the news media is as fake as it ever was.  The babbling heads allow the Mexicans to save face by claiming the move of 6,000 Mexican National Guardsmen to the southern border with Guatemala was ‘pre-planned,’ nothing to see here.  Uh, okay.  I sincerely do not think that was the case but if it makes the Mexican government not to feel like the punks we know they are, we can let them say whatever it is they wish to say.  Almost makes me miss that crooked SOB Vicente Fox- at least we knew he was a bum.
What I do know is this: our country cannot withstand the numbers crossing our border now.  We cannot handle more than a thousand or more sneaking across the border and rushing up to the nearest Border Patrol officer, dropping to their knees and claiming “asylum.”
These interlopers do not deserve ‘asylum’ and what is more, everyone knows it- including the media- because these people understand that the first country one comes to from theirs is where the law regarding refugees says they must seek it there.  Instead, we have Mexico facilitating the transit of millions of people through their country to ours and the sooner we begin pushing them back across the line and into Mexico, the sooner that country will stop allowing the intruders to pass through theirs to ours.
I sometimes believe there is a conspiracy to force the fabled North American Union, aka the NAU, the merging of Mexico, the United States, and Canada into one political entity.  Talk regarding this travesty has been absent for quite a while; however, why is there such a push to continue allowing caravan after caravan into our country, especially when the people within them come from an area OUTSIDE North America?
Moving on, our state- California- now plans on providing FREE health care to illegal aliens which boggles the mind.  Our cities have become pestilent hellholes, places where homelessness, drug abuse, crime, disease, and filth abound.  People in their right minds seek the flimsiest excuse to vacate the area, to get the hell out of town so they can avoid the heretofore unimaginable urban blight that is the byproduct of left-wing socialist ideas.
If a young person, enamored of ‘socialism’ because they like FREE this and FREE that as espoused by slobbering communists such as Bernie Sanders, AOC (that girl is an embarrassment to serious Latinos) and others of that ilk, just come to Los Angeles and spend some time down on Skid Row which is far worse than anything down here in the SD.
In L.A., you will witness depravity firsthand, especially after the sun goes down and a dark transition passes over the city.  You will see drug addicts stumbling round, people dropping trou and dumping on the ground right in front of you, people sleeping in and near doorways, in camping tents, in cardboard boxes, it is tragic.
If you drive through the afflicted area, you see broken liquor bottles, emptied syringes discarded in the gutters and along the sidewalks.  You see hollow-eyed zombies ambling about and drug and sex transactions made by people no one seems to care about helping.  As long as they can vote, liberal political ‘bosses’ will allow them to live in the streets, suffer victimization time and again, and will pour resources to caring for NON-CITIZENS instead of to them.
Gavin Newsom, aka ‘the Smiler,’ our new governor, is a pathetic POS.  We should recall this cretin in the same way we recalled his former boss, Gray Davis, 15 or so years ago.  We should put this worthless bum out on his butt along with many of the rest of the Democrats trashing and raping our state as they could care less about you and me; no, they care more about perpetual political power and if they have to provide resources meant for us to those who should NOT be here, they will do it all the while spitting in our faces.
Mis amigos, do not allow the siren’s song of liberalism lead you astray.  If you live long enough, you see it for the Tijuana side street hoochie mama that it is, a skank leaning out of a barroom door, motioning for you to ‘come inside.’
Once in there, you get bashed atop the head, lose your wallet, maybe some, if not all your clothes, and then undergo arrest by the frigging Federales.  By the time you wake up, you find yourself in mass confinement with a bunch of people planning to victimize you further.  Do not ask me ‘how I know this’ but let me tell you, it is not any fun.
Friends, say, “NO” to socialism and anyone promoting it as it is a disaster.  Nos volveremos a reunir mañana. Estar aquí o estar en ninguna parte.

I am still working part-time in my semi-retired years in my hometown in San Diego, CA.

FEATURED ALBUM OF THE DAY:

Steve Hackett (guitars/bass/harmonica/vocals) brought in a large collection of highly talented musicians and recorded his next album, “Watcher of the Skies: Genesis Revisited,” which came out on April 17, 1996.  There are eleven tunes the artist revisits that he performed with Genesis during his tenure there, from 1971-1977.  If you want to hear new takes on some of the band’s earlier works- before their massive breakout time- this is the way in which, you can do it so please, seek the album out and add it to your ever-growing collection of fine music that the American Institute of Culinary Politics-Elemental News of the Day/AICP-END Blog promotes.  We promote nothing but the absolute best.

SPECIAL ALBUMS OF THE DAY:

Posted @ the Thursday, September 20, 2012 Blog Post:

After the previous effort did not fare well commercially, Carlos Santana (guitars/backing vocals) revamped his entire band (well, almost yet again) and delivered a new album, “Freedom,” on February 08, 1987.  He pulled in musicians from across the spectrum of his career to enable him to return to the Latin rock roots evident on the band’s first three albums, “Santana,” “Abraxas,” and “Santana III.”  Joining him were Gregg Rollie, Chester D. Thompson and Tom Coster (keyboards), Alphonso Johnson (bass), Raul Rekow, Armando Peraza, and Orestes Vilató (assorted percussion), Graham Lear (drums), Buddy Miles (vocals), and of course, one or two others.  This is a compelling effort, one for the annals of music history, which is why we urge everyone to seek it out at whatever site you visit for nothing but the absolute best in music- you will love it.  We thank you.

Posted @ the Wednesday, July 09, 2014 Blog Post A:

The next album by the British blues rock band, Free- “Fire and Water”- came out on June 26, 1970.  It proved to be their biggest-selling effort yet and was the best as it enabled the band to make a massive ‘break-through’ to success.  Virtually every song is a joy, from the title track to the bluesy, “Oh, How I Wept,” to the rambunctious “Remember,” to the powerful, “Mr. Big,” and finally, the monster hit, “All Right Now,”  The band featured the same lineup and this record demonstrated that were it not for increasing friction between members and drug and alcohol use, they were going to join the pantheon of rock gods.  Please, seek it out and give it a listen; we think you are going to love it.
