THE AMERICAN INSTITUTE OF CULINARY POLITICS-ELEMENTAL NEWS OF THE DAY COMMENTARY-OPINION-SPORTS-FOOD SERVICE FOR FRIDAY, JUNE 08, 2018 BY CHEF MURPH MACDOUGAL

SPRING SESSION 2018

BLOGPOST #2,777 AT THE AICP-END

ONE HUNDRED-AND-FIFTY-ONE DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2018

If you listen closely, you can hear cracks growing in the blue wall here in California- about flipping time
San Luis Obispo, CA, 06-08-2018 Friday: Yesterday, we started discussing the political races in California and how cracks are beginning to appear in the ‘so-called blue wall’ the Democrats have erected around themselves to keep you, me, and everyone else out who loves the state and who wants to see it resurrected and back on its feet.  The only people they allow in are felons, illegal aliens, and every other reprobate loser they can locate around the country and the globe.
I do not know if John Cox can win in November or he cannot.  However, I know ONE thing and that is, the man has lost 11-12, maybe 13 political races, which in my eyes, means he is due to win one.  I will predict now that unless some horrible news comes out that he was schlepping babies in the crib, then I think the man has an opportunity to beat that little punk, “Pretty Boy” Gavin Newsom.
My husband and I are going to donate the max to the Cox campaign as I hope all of you will.  Look, people of third parties, like me, Libertarians, Peace and Freedom, Independent, Green, you name it, if you want FAIR elections in which, EVERY party will one day be represented on the General Election ballot again so at least, we have a chance of maybe winning an office one day, we must vote for John Cox and help him win the governorship.
If he can, I fully expect we can get rid of this crazy “Jungle Primary” bull crap.  Sounds like “Bungle in the Jungle” to me.   If you recognize that song, then you know that back then, we had a saner, more prosperous state, illegal aliens were not pushing and shoving us around when we went to the local J.C. Penney’s, Macy’s, or Bullock’s so let us vote for the RIGHT people to make California great again!
We left off with the office of lieutenant governor yesterday so let us continue with the next batch of statewide races.  The next position on the General Election ballot in November will be the race for attorney-general.  Xavier Becerra, that POS, came through with a resounding first place win with 45.31-percent of the vote.
However, Republican Steven C. Bailey came in second (25.29-percent) and will face Mr. Becerra in November.
I think Bailey has a golden opportunity to dethrone the scumbag holding the office now, especially if President Donald J. Trump comes to our state and stumps across it.  There is nothing like a Trump rally to get people fired up and ready to throw bums out of office.
In the race for secretary of state, incumbent Alex Padilla, Democrat, comes in first place with 51.47-percent of the vote while two Republicans, Mark P. Meuser (31.98-percent) and Paul Rodriguez, Jr., (5.31-percent) come in behind him, although the final candidate came in far, far behind of Mr. Meuser.
Still, we have a chance at winning this very important post as this office is one George Soros puts massive amounts of money into in all 50 states.  We must stop him and protect future elections.  Do not worry about Russian interference, worry about Hungarian-American (and former Nazi) interference coming from Georgie.
In the race for treasurer, Fiona Ma, Democrat, comes in first (43.23-percent) while two Republicans—Greg Conlon and Jack Guerrero—came in second (22-percent) and third (19.74-percent).  I think we can push Mr. Conlon across the finish line if we devote enough resources and effort into this race.
As for the office of controller, incumbent Betty Yee came in with a smoking 60.92-percent of the vote while Republican Konstantinos Roditis came in with 35.1-percent of the vote.  Still, if we devote our efforts into these races and fund them with whatever we can spare, we might be able to break the Democrats’ grip on the jugular of the state.
In the race for insurance commissioner, former Republican and now No Party Preference candidate Steve Poizner came in first with 41.27-percent while two Democrats—Ricardo Lara (40.64-percent) and Mahmoud Asif (13-percent)—came in behind him.  Poizner is a good man and has done the job before and can do it again.
The fact that Poizner finished in first place also drives a chink in the blue wall because Democrats are running on health care (as well as the hatred of President Trump) because their party is the one that screwed it all up when Barack Obama got his “Obamacare.”  With a former Republican coming in first, what does that say about who the people blame for higher health care costs?
In the race for superintendent of public instruction, Marshall Tuck came in first with 37.08-percent of the vote and Tony Thurmond with 34.27-percent of the vote.  We need Marshall Tuck in this very important post as once the Democrats politicized the post is when we saw all the LGBTQ indoctrination in grades K-12 commence so it is important for us to push back against this crap.  Elect Tuck.
Moving on, Proposition 68 regarding parks and nature bonds made it through with 56.02-percent of the vote while Proposition 69, transportation revenues passed with 80.38-percent of the vote.
Proposition 70, supermajority to use greenhouse gas funds did not pass with 63.61-percent of the voters voting it down because we know that the Dems in the current supermajority will get their grubby hands on it through all sorts of smoke and mirrors anyway.  Ah well.
Proposition 71, when statewide ballot measures take effect, made it through with 76.79-percent of the vote and the final ballot measure, Proposition 72 regarding the hoped-for liberal idea if rain capture systems should drive up one’s property values so the state can tax us even more passed with 83.25-percent of the vote, which means the state cannot hammer us with additional property taxes should we collect the runoff from rainstorms.
Friends, that is going to do it for today; we will pick back up tomorrow so please make sure you take the time to visit me here at the blog.  I look forward to seeing all of you sitting in the crowd.
Toodle-loo!

SPECIAL ALBUMS OF THE DAY:

Thursday, September 15, 2011 Blog Post:

The Grateful Dead put their next studio album out in 1975 and joining them once again for the first time in four years was second drummer, Mickey Hart.  The band was now a seven-piece and the name of the album was “Blues for Allah.”  Lyricist and songwriting partner of Jerry Garcia and Phil LeshRobert Hunter, said the album was a tribute to slain Saudi King Faisal, a purported fan of the band.  This album featured the addition of Steven Schuster on flute and reed instruments and has a jazzier feel to it.  The title track and some of the tunes swirling around it were new explorations into music heretofore unseen with the band yet in keeping with their experimental side.  We love this album and know that you will, too, so please--seek it out at Amazon.com by using the link we provide you here.  This is a fine addition to ANY music collection, beating out the modern-day crap.  The American Institute oCulinary Politics-Elemental News othe Day thanks you for your patronage.

Friday, November 08, 2013 Blog Post:

In 1991VanillFudge released “The Best of Vanilla Fudge- Live Back on Stage.”  Up until now, the only live efforts by the band were bootlegs so this was a welcome addition to the group’s discography, one that delighted fans.  We hope you will use the link we provide you here, so you can visit Amazon.com.  Once there, you can pick the CD up in the format, the condition, and the price that works best for you- you will be glad you did.
