The leftist agitators of the 1960s now are the denizens of the Deep State, the very same evildoers now seeking to drive President Donald J. Trump from office- we must fight them tooth and nail

SPRING SESSION 2018

BLOG POST #2,766 AT THE AICP-END

ONE HUNDRED-AND-SIXTY-TWO DAYS UNTIL ELECTION DAY 2018

MEMORIAL DAY 2018

Let us remember WHY our brave American war dead fought- they fought to preserve our nation, to defend it against our enemies, and because they loved our country
Oildale, CA, 05-28-2018 Monday: Friends, I am 86 years-old and although I do not write as much or as often as I once did, I cannot hang it up and move to Tel Aviv to enjoy my twilight years with my lovely wife.  I cannot move away from the United States until we have provided the necessary aid to President Trump through our votes, through our campaign donations, and through the hard grind of pounding away at the traitorous Democrats.
In all our years, my wife and I have NEVER seen politics such as what we are having the displeasure of witnessing now, a full-blown, out-in-the-open coup d’ êtat against a duly-elected president, a man who is striving to save our nation from the miserable circumstances into which, the last bum who held the office delivered it.
Today is Memorial Day, the day our forefathers-and-mothers went to the cemeteries to honor our war dead.  Beginning not long after the close of the Civil War, Americans commemorated the dead of the War between the States, both federal and rebel dead, 600,000-plus dead.
At the time, the mourners made no distinction, they placed U.S. or Confederate flags atop the graves of those who fought.  Remembering the Confederate dead did not mean that the American people of the day honored the reasons for which, they fought but honored them for having fought and given the ultimate sacrifice.
Try to put Confederate flags on the Confederate war dead in every American cemetery now, the morons on the left would flock to the burial grounds and the monuments and have cry-in or scream-in sessions, howling at the sun and the moon, and then would go on rampages, ripping up the flags and memorial markers and then defecating or urinating on the graves.  What has happened to us?
What has happened to ‘us’ is that somewhere in the 1960s, we lost our collective minds.  We fought a brutal, bloody war in Vietnam, one we told ourselves was to ‘prevent communism from spreading throughout the rest of Asia” and to “aid the South Vietnamese people in remaining free.’
A war that began with noble purposes soon became an immoral slugfest as American troops wondered what the heck they were fighting for while those who remained behind on the home front asked what it was all about as their loved ones or those of their friends and neighbors came home in closed caskets.
Soon, the fighting devolved into a fight to survive day-by-day, it became a murderous grappling of enemy against enemy, merely to thwart one side or the other.  The antiwar trash at home pranced around, burning American flags, attempting to storm the Pentagon and other governmental buildings, trashing college campuses, places where I, your host, once worked.
Instead of getting a grip on the situation, we allowed it to spin completely out of control, igniting race riots, inner-city turmoil, violence, rape, robbery, and murder, all in the name of ending the war no one remembered why we were fighting or why our sons and daughters were going there.
The people behind the outrageous behavior then became politicians and educators, they took over governmental posts and so began the establishment of the Deep State, the entity that now decides who is and who is not presidential material.
Whether we know it, or we don’t, whether we accept it, or we blow it off, and whether we think it will go away or it is here to stay, we are fighting a war at home.  We are fighting for control of our country, for the future of our grandchildren, their children, and their children.
If we fail in this endeavor, we will allow communism in whatever name it chooses to cripple and then take over our country, and things will change for 70-100 years or more until future generations rise up in anger and annihilate the spawn of Satan.
The communists told us they would devour our nation from within.  When Nikita Khrushchev took off his shoe and pounded the podium at the United Nations with it, he told us how they would do it and how it would happen.  We blew the Russian thug off, we laughed at him, yet he gave us clear warning with several shots across our bow.
Look at us now.  We are in trouble as a nation and once again, the Russians play a part in it as does our ‘Democratic Party,’ which in essence is now the Communist Party USA, the CPUSA.  The old communist party does not know it now belongs lock, stock, and barrel to the modern-day Democratic Party.  It is what it is.
Celebrate Memorial Day by visiting the cemeteries and by reminding yourselves and your kids WHY these brave Americans fought and died, to make our country great again or to keep it that way.
Mazel tov- God bless America.  See you tomorrow.

SPECIAL ALBUMS OF THE DAY:

Sunday, September 04, 2011 Blog Post:

The album we have for you today by the Grateful Dead is the second part of the one we shared with you yesterday, this one being “Vintage Dead.”  This LP was the product of an independent company and the album is amazing as it features one entire side of Pigpen doing a WILD version of “In the Midnight Hour.”  The song goes for about 30 minutes and it is among the most memorable tunes the man ever did.  We urge you to use our link, so you can redirect your browser to Amazon.com so you can pick it up there in the format, the condition, and the price that is right for YOU.

Wednesday, October 30, 2013 Blog Post:

On July 14, 2009Family released the third of three BBC live efforts from the vaults, “BBC Radio 1970: 3.”  We always praise the BBC and wish the United States had something akin to this amazing government-funded source of music, music the world might never know except for the fact that it exists.  This features the last two lineups of the band, so you find some amazing live editions of incredible studio music.  We hope you will use the link we provide you here, so you can redirect your browser to the world’s greatest online marketplace, Amazon.com.  Once you arrive there, you pick the CD up in the format, the condition, and the price that works best for you- you will be glad you did.
