ONE HUNDRED-AND-ONE DAYS AFTER ELECTION DAY


It is a pleasure watching President Trump bitch slap the dying mainstream news media
Valencia, CA, 02-17-2017 Friday: I have not seen the full-court press that you and I have had the displeasure of viewing since the days the Democrats went after President Richard M. Nixon, the nation’s 37th president for his role in the Watergate affair.  However, President Donald J. Trump is more than a match for a boatload of reporters and demonstrated his awe-inspiring capabilities yesterday in the East Room of the White House.
What is it about a once-proud and groundbreaking news organization such as CNN?  In the beginning, they actually made a major effort to report the news rather than shape the news.  Now, they have joined the ranks of propaganda organizations such as the pathetic MSNBC and others of its ilk.
It should be no wonder as to WHY so many Americans have left ABC, CBS, NBC, and their various affiliated cable news organizations in favor of Fox News Channel.  Say what you will about Fox, they have a wider variety of opinions, ideas, political views, you name it, they have it, and it makes all the difference in the world.
For decades, my wife and I watched NBC every morning until we arrived at the point where looking at Matt Lauer and Savannah Guthrie made us so nauseous that we gave ‘em up and migrated over to the Fox News Channel. 
At least over there, we hear a wide range of views, which allows us to make up our own minds whether we agree or not with them.  If we had remained at NBC, the aforementioned dummies plus J. Chuck Todd—a pathetic replacement for a great newsman, Tim Russert—among others would have continued indoctrinating our minds with disingenuousness, lies, and bull-crap.

Now, I know that the news hacks would dispute the charges that folks such as my wife and me have long made against them but it is the truth.  In good fairy tale parlance, ‘once upon a time,’ we used to believe that reporting icon Walter Cronkite actually reported the news in an unbiased way. 
Sadly, we found out that that was not the case, I mean who cannot recall the trend-setting newsman donning a U.S. Army helmet during the infamous TET Offensive in Vietnam and telling us, ‘we have lost the war’ or some such bunk as that knows nothing.  One must remember, American forces and our allies in the conflict NEVER lost a battle to the NVA or to the Vietcong. 
Unfortunately, one would not know that if they were not MY age or older because all we ever hear is how we lost BIG in Vietnam and expended precious lives and treasure. 
That is not the case; however, had the leftist news media and the anti-war movement not aligned with one another (as well as with the Soviets and the North Vietnamese), we would have won the war in the same way we won Korea—by kicking their asses.
Some might dispute that Korea is NOT the victory I proclaim it to be but so flipping what—the peninsula has been quiet for 64 years although the world lives beneath the shadow of Kim Jung-Un, the cheese eating, one-man food-devouring machine and his ambitions to nuke the world—well, actually just US.
Nevertheless, what I am saying is that around the time of the Vietnam War and then the takedown of the 37th president, Richard Milhous Nixon, the media sold its soul to the leftwing scumbags seeking to bring about their Proletarian Revolution here in the world’s number one superpower.
My suggestion to the leftist news media is this—you need to set aside your deal with the liberal devil because it has not brought you any benefits of which, I can ascertain.  Instead, it has brought you declining newspaper and magazine sales as well as falling ratings in the televised news department.
Moreover, you attempted to find an answer to conservative talk radio so you went out and set up Air America, which became a source of humor and laughter for those of us with sufficient gray material in our heads to distinguish between false news and honest news.
Unfortunately, you hired angry comedians, hacks, and race-mongers such as Al Sharpton among others to go out and attempt to be a Rush Limbaugh of the left.  The only thing you losers accomplished is the collapse of your short-lived network.
If I were the owners of the various mainstream news media—folks who make money through destroying their political enemies such as Republican presidents, candidates, and others—I would decide to turn over a new leaf and return to reporting REAL news. 
You see, news media that seeks to form the news instead of reporting it with honesty runs the risk of eventually going out of business, vomiting hordes of angry liberals onto the streets who lack the skills to do anything else other than to write crap. 
Moreover, all of these people depend upon nuts, crazies, losers, and criminals to keep them employed, which in the end, cannot generate the desired results for either the media or the propagandists.
In closing, I would like to say to the mainstream—and dying!—news media, vow to straighten up and do it soon as otherwise, you will go the way of the dinosaurs.  Sad but true, my friends, sad but true. 
Thanks for joining me today as we will reconvene tomorrow, same time and same place, for yet another day of excitement and fun—do not miss it.
