EIGHTY-SIX DAYS AFTER ELECTION DAY



We have a real crisis brewing within our country and it does not concern the barring of Muslims from seven terrorist-brewing nations
Arvin, CA, 02-02-2017 Thursday: Back in the days when we thought it helpful to post interesting notes and trivia at one of the world’s worst places in which one can waste time—FACEBOOK—I said on March 22, 2016 that we need to blast ISIS from the face of the planet. 
In saying that, however, I also added another sentence in which, I said that if we need to kill women and children in the process by bombing areas in which, the jihadists roam free, then so be it.  Oh, boohoo-hoo for all the innocents killed in the process of wiping ISIS and other interconnected Mohammad-loving idiots trashing the world.
For Pete’s Sake, folks, some of my fellow liberal friends called me a ‘scumbag,’ that I would suggest going so far in destroying an entire culture and religion from the planet, that somehow I was a murderous bum who in essence had just admitted to being a ‘closet Republican.’  To them, that condemnation was the same as calling me a ‘syphilitic hobo,’ obviously not something of which, to be proud. Ha-ha. 
Friends, if you have not figured it out by now, I am a somewhat conservative Democrat, what politicos used to call a ‘blue dog Democrat’ because we do not foam at the mouth and run around stopping traffic in pointless protests just to earn $15 an hour from the likes of George Soros.  No, we utilize our noggins to make informed decisions.
That said, I think we have a real crisis on our hands and for those who express mock outrage over the recent ban on Muslims coming to the United States from seven specific nations—Libya, Iran, Iraq, Yemen, Syria, Somalia, and the Sudan—I say, “Shut the hell up!  It is not a ‘Muslim ban,’ it is a temporary HALT on places where terrorism proliferates.”
We have a real crisis in our country, folks, and this is why it takes brave individuals such as me to say what others fear voicing, the little snowflakes trembling in the shadows.  It makes no sense to me to go after Donald Trump on this very important matter when if we get our way, we throw the doors open wide to those who would slaughter our families and us in our beds. 
We have other hills upon which, to make our last stand and one of those is the Supreme Court and other lesser courts.  The Republicans kept Merrick Garland at arm’s length and I suspect we can keep the GOP’s from making it onto the bench, too.  All we need to do is to settle the whacked-out loonies roaming the streets because their presence in the fray only stiffens the backs of the enemy.
While I hate to admit it, this is the one, sad truth that MY side needs to learn and that is if we act bizarre, we commit mass suicide not ‘political homicide’ of our opponents, in a manner of speaking(—I am not promoting violence).   
Moreover, if we do not contain the boneheads that swarm from out of the shadows to make their fifteen bucks an hour compliments of Georgie Soros, we will continue driving ever-greater numbers of independent and Republican voters to polling stations to vote AGAINST us and NOT for us.  This is the purpose of all that I said in yesterday’s post.
Nonetheless, I was born in 1948 so I have been around town, you might say, I have seen and done numerous things as I cut my teeth on Democrat Party politics.  I saw the great demonstrations of the 1960s and did my best to avoid the draft, as I had no intention of fighting in an unjust war.  Thankfully, my number never popped up in the lottery. 
Now, however, I think the young people answering the siren’s call do so not because of visceral belief in the causes they advocate but because (1) they want to emulate their parents (or piss them off); (2) because their friends are stupid and do it; and (3) because George Soros funds them through his various organizations. 
Who does not want to make $2,500 cash each month for being belligerent, problematic, and troublesome (as well as uncouth) for six hours each day?  Hell, when I retire, ‘sign me up, and does Soros pay benefits, too?’ 
While I have no problem with people expressing their honest, thought-out political opinions, I do have problems with idiots, dimwits, and illegal aliens marching through our streets demanding this, that, and the other. 
Most of the punks tramping through the streets have no comprehension whatsoever about the causes they champion or embrace.  To them, I say ‘shut the hell up, vacate the streets, and go make something of yourselves before you become little more than useful idiots in the employ of people who could care less if you live or if you die.’
I am opposed to President Donald Trump because of the following reasons:
First, I believe the man has no clue as to what he is doing and that others will work their will through him such as Steve Bannon, Reince Priebus, Steve Mnuchin, Wilbur Ross, Rex Tillerson, and some others. 
Second, I fear that Donald Trump will conduct his presidency in ways that will benefit him, his family, and his global business interests and not the needs and desires of the American people. 
Third, while I do not believe that Donald Trump is a racist, he is choosing known racists such as Jeff Sessions, Steve Bannon, and some others to serve around him in his cabinet and in other positions spread throughout the federal government. 
Fourth, I fear Donald Trump will inadvertently start a global catastrophe by saying and doing things that instead of reassuring allies and threatening enemies, sets them on a path to greater conflict, misunderstanding, and economic manipulation. 
Fifth, I think that President Trump will run the highest office in the land and the government surrounding it as though he is still in game show mode, that he will work at seeking ‘higher ratings’ than Arnold Swartzenegger garners filling in for him on “The Apprentice”—boy has that show ever become awful!
This is the essence of WHY the thin-skinned Trump feels compelled to respond to virtually every word, syllable, or criticism of him through his bellicose Tweets launched at three o’clock in the morning.
Sixth, the damage Trump could cause the courts is one we may well never recover from so it behooves us to save our ammo not for the cabinet secretary nominations but for all of the Supreme Court and lesser federal court nominees we know will come.
Seventh and last, I feel that Mr. Trump lacks the ability to do business on behalf of the United States and that his mishandling of the national government is going to cause more harm and wreak more havoc than anything he does on the positive side. 
Look at his disastrous ‘ban on Muslims,’ the man lacks the ability to launch something of that magnitude in a way less provocative than how he did it and this is why we have all of the Soros-funded losers trashing our streets. 
Damned straight we need to prevent Muslims from pouring into the country, there is absolutely nothing wrong with doing that because—like it or not—we are in a fight of one civilization against another and we must be the victors and NOT the enemy.  We just need to go about it in a better way and friends and I do not believe Trump can do it ‘better.’
