FALL SESSION 2016

BLOGPOST #2,169 AT THE AICP-END

The Russians are responsible for the exposure of John Podesta’s emails?—I seriously doubt that!
Santa Barbara, CA, 10-29-2016 Saturday: Today and tomorrow are my final days of the year, as I believe at some point after the election; either Chef Roland or the long-awaited Mo will come in to do the rest of the year.  While no one knows what results the election will provide the long-suffering nation, I hope the victory is clear-cut, indisputable, and as honest as a newborn babe is.  If for some reason, we descend into a time of rancor, anger, and hostility, we will present a tempting target to our enemies such as the Russians whom the Democrats seem to blame for ALL their ills.  Somehow, I do not believe Vladimir Putin or the Russians are behind the leaked emails, I suspect it is closer to home than many believe.
Many people are extremely curious as to who has the capability to release the thousands of emails that continue plaguing Hillary Clinton, her campaign organization, and the Democratic Party and I have some thoughts as to who could be responsible.  After all, it seems extremely personal as one does not see an equivalent data dump on anyone or anything remotely connected to the Republicans or Donald Trump.
Back in the 1970s when Richard Nixon found himself under siege by the Washington Post and its dedicated reporters, there was a mysterious character known as “Deep Throat,” I guess a pseudonym given him by the reporters with whom he dealt, ripped from the popular X-rated flick of the same name starring Linda Lovelace.
“Deep Throat” vomited so much information as to what took place inside the Nixon White House, stuff that when placed side-by-side with the Obama administration or with the Hillary campaign seem relatively tame.  Nixon dreamed of doing only some of the stuff with which, the Obama White House and Hillary Clinton get away with on a routine basis, stuff that should cause the GOP to impeach the president and the Justice Department to put out an arrest warrant for the Democratic nominee.
When Donald Trump says that ‘the system is rigged,’ he is not kidding, folks.  We know Hillary is a crook, we know she played ‘fast and loose’ with state secrets and classified intelligence, and we know the Clinton Foundation is a vast, insatiable money vacuum that sells access in return for ‘donations.’
If a Republican had such a ‘foundation,’ the federal government would have already issued demands for the candidate to close it or to sever all ties with it.  However, Hillary seems to have an uncanny ability to beat all possible repercussions because the president is as guilty as is she
You see, we know that President Obama communicated back and forth with the secretary of state as well as after she left his employ, which one must believe is WHY the Justice Department has not proffered charges against her.  However, in not doing so, millions of Americans have come to the conclusion that government works only for a chosen few but that if any of them were to do something even remotely close to what Hillary has done, they would be doing time in Leavenworth.
Part of the reason for the apathy regarding the federal government is that the educational system—you know, Common Core—continues to let down American students by NOT teaching them TRUE American history.
Instead, they inculcate them with false history, history that teaches that the Western World in general and the United States in particular, are responsible for mass human suffering, genocide, and enslavement, all of which is untrue.  While we may have done some things for which, we are not proud, we did our best to overcome them, often at great cost in human lives and capital.
The poorly educated youngsters of the millennial generation continue to prove their obvious ignorance by demanding all sorts of ‘safe spaces’ on college campuses, as well as an end to all ‘microaggressions,’ and the acceptance of all sorts of perversion.
What’s more, anyone whom disagrees with the little Twinkies suffers verbal and physical attack, banishment, expulsion from school, and blacklisting.  Is this what the Free Speech Movement at Berkeley sought to create or is this a travesty of the movement’s ideals?
I fear that unless we elect Donald J. Trump president of the United States, the crazy crap we see occurring on college campuses across the nation will continue to expand until freedom of speech becomes a thing of the past.  We see this right before our very eyes with campuses compiling vast lists of what Halloween costumes are acceptable and which are not.
Based upon these lists compiled by the little tykes, almost every costume Americans once enjoyed wearing—whether a Mexican bandito, a jungle native, a cowboy or Indian, or anything else people once enjoyed dressing up as—is now symbolic of hate and must stop.  It is not hateful to want to be the hunchback of Notre Dame but to dress up as such can lead to the little twinks declaring one to be an ‘enemy of the state,’ because they insult the disabled.  Hogwash!
I think we had a forewarning of this a couple of decades back when the wearing of animal furs suddenly became something that invited attack.  My mom used to have a closet of furs she bought from highly acclaimed furriers and would wear them whenever she went out on the town with my father back in the day.  Now, if she were to wear them, some punk would run up to her and throw animal blood or red paint on her in order to damage her expensive minks.
Thanks to Saul Alinsky, this drastic change the Left has forced upon the people of this country has embedded itself deeply into the fabric of the nation.  Their method is nudge-nudge-nudge until lo and behold; we arrive at the destination they wanted us to all along.  To me, this is deeply diabolical, verging on the Satanic, because none among us would ever have chosen the path down which, they have propelled us.
I contend that the Left knows that, unless something major happens to aid them on November 8, the endgame for them is in sight.  Sure, they might hope that it will not happen but I am sure they fear it.  When they awaken in the middle of the black night, sweat-stained sheets clinging to their misshapen bodies, their teeth chattering, they realize that Donald Trump is going to be the 45th president.
Once in the White House, I suspect Donald Trump is going to have some problems wrangling the recalcitrant Republicans in the House and Senate to do his bidding.  Yet, I suspect that after a while of attempting to derail the Trump train, the reluctance to be part of the ‘fixing of America’ movement will evaporate as does fresh doughnuts straight out of the fryer.
If they do not cross the line and come to the aid of Donald Trump in his quest to save the nation from eight years of Barack Obama, eight years of George W. Bush, eight years of Bill Clinton, and four years of George H.W. Bush, the nation will remember.
Furthermore, the voters will remember until the Mid-Term Elections of 2018 and I would suspect that much as in 2010 and 2014, the bloodletting of all seen as attempting to stop President Donald J. Trump will be as shocking—if not more shocking—than the previous two mid-term elections.
I suspect that Donald Trump will win the fights he is going to face because as with Ronald Reagan, he is a ‘mass communicator’ who has the ability to reach out to EVERY American with his determined plans.  If he can reach the black community and the Latino, the Native Americans and the Asians as well as white men and women and deliver on his campaign promises, what is to stop the man?
We have ten days to go before we discover who is going to be the next leader of the ‘free world’ and I will admit, I am nervous as hell regarding it.  However, my senses tell me that a major shift is underway and that it favors Donald Trump.  Despite what Hillary Clinton, Barack and Michelle Obama, ‘Crazy’ Joe Biden, Tim Kaine, Predator Bill claim is a growing movement to put the ‘smartest woman in the world into the White House,’ I suspect that all of them are going to end up on the dung heap of history.
What would be more fitting than for Donald Trump to rip to shreds the disastrous Obamacare law or to slash taxes and to get the American people back to work.  We need to return to a time when if one was unfortunate to be without a job, that life did not proceed as though they had one.
You see, people need a certain amount of desperation to drive them out of their homes and to seek high and low to find a job with which, to support their families and pay their bills.
Friends, we will return to the final day I have in my second stint of the year and we will hash out whatever we overlooked during the week.  There is so much to discuss that even with my copious notes and preparation, I cannot get it all in, which is why I am pleased to hand off to my friend and fellow culinary professional, Goldie McNamara, on Monday.
Please let me know what you think and we will debate the issues as well as check out the great music we advertise here at the American Institute of Culinary Politics-Elemental News of the Day.  I believe that we will complete the Hollies by the first weekend of November and that we will then move forward with the Beatles as well as the Fab 4’s members—what can be better than that.
Oh—I will tell you whom I believe is behind the email dumps to WikiLeaks—I suspect it is that hag-bag down in Florida, the former head of the DNC and a losing politician, Debbie Wasserman Schultz.  Who else would be in a position to want to cause Hillary Clinton supreme damage?  Who knows—Bernie could have had a hand in her downfall, too.
Thanks, my friends and God bless you all and remember: Donald Trump is the ONLY person for whom we can vote on November 8.
