FALL SESSION 2016

BLOGPOST #2,136 AT THE AICP-END

Tonight is the BIG Debate and I am sure it is going to be ‘all hands on deck’
San Luis Obispo, CA, 09-26-2016 Monday:  Hello, and welcome folks, I want to commend El Chilote for the fabulous week of posts he tapped out on his word processor and then posted with record time.  The last time I was here, I was somewhat under the weather and we were doing some hiatus week material meaning we were talking about music.  At the time, we were promoting the Rolling Stones and its members as well as the Moody Blues and its members.  I have to say, we generated more sales with both bands than we have with almost anyone else, which is outstanding.
I come over to Bakersfield more times than most people would ever know and I have to say that I came over to see the Beach Boys at the Bright House Amphitheater earlier this month and then went and saw the Commodores at the Kern County Fair.  They also had a Queen cover band, Queen Nation, which made me think I was sitting there watching the real thing.  Even better, we have Grand Funk Railroad coming this week so I am staying here in town.  All I can say is ‘wow!’
If you read both my blog posts and my Facebook comments (when we were still wasting time doing the latter), you must know I was pretty doggone hard on Donald Trump.  I criticized him for many of his positions and noted that his followers as well as those of the absent-without-leave Bernie Sanders were a bunch of nuts, you know, akin to Scientologists or other cult religions but I never called anyone as being a member of the ‘basket of deplorables.’  Only Madam Clinton did that.
Talk about digging out one’s own eyeballs by the stems, what was Hillary Clinton thinking when she made that comment?  It is as if the woman wants to commit hari-kari but lacks the common sense as how to do it properly.  Even when she comes across somewhat intellectually, she always manages to stick the knife smack-dab in her heart, which makes her one of the worst candidates the nation and the world has ever seen.
Now, I am a Libertarian and I believe in the principles of the party; however, the candidate we have chosen—former New Mexican Governor Gary Johnson—is akin to recruiting one out of the nut house.  Johnson while saying ‘Libertarian things’ always manages to display his true goals and those are legalizing drugs and opening the borders.  He is no more libertarian than is my cat.  I wish I had someone else for whom to vote in November but sadly, I think I must cast mine for Donald Trump.
Some of my friends ask, “Why don’t you vote for Hillary as she is, after all, a woman and she cannot be as bad as she seems.”  What?  How can anyone ever vote for Hillary Clinton, the woman is not only a liar, she is a crook, and everything Donald Trump has said about her rings true.
Add to this the fact that she might collapse during the debate tonight or that her eyes might lock on a crowd member and spittle begin running down her chin and you have one of the WORST candidates the world has ever seen.
Hillary Clinton CANNOT become president as if she does, she is likely to flood the heartland of the nation with armies of young Muslim men as her very own storm troopers while robbing the country blind.  Anyone who believes allowing a Clinton back into the White House is a good thing needs to have his or her head examined.
The thought of Hillary Clinton becoming president is more frightening to me than Donald Trump becoming the 45th president is.  I have to admit that as Trump has adopted a new persona, one more respectable and respectful and one who speaks the truth about our problems instead of drums stuff up so he can use it as a wedge to separate Americans, he has captured my mind.
Some of my friends and family members become upset when I explain my conversion but folks, the country faces excruciating challenges, mostly from importing jihadists and impoverished illegal aliens, both of whom will NEVER assimilate to our way of life.  I mean, do we really need to import people who could possibly be the seeds of our demise or can we use common sense and find a way to help them over there from where they come?  I prefer the latter.
Tonight is a big night, the first presidential debate for 2016 between Donald Trump and Hillary Rodham Clinton.  The wonderful Lester Holt will sit in the moderator’s chair but can he do a truly good job or will what happened to Matt Lauer guide him to attack Trump and protect Hillary?  It would be a shame if this were the case.
Many people debate what is going to happen in the debates and I think things are going to go far better than anyone suspects or believes.  I cannot see Hillary besting Trump because she personifies ALL of the things that make many men ‘sexist.’  When she begins popping her eyes out of her head and raising that caterwauling voice so it becomes ear splitting, men flee for the hills in droves.
Worse for her, no male I know—unless he is a metrosexual or a Millennial—can stand listening to the cries of Sasquatch beseeching them to vote for her.  It is as if someone with nine-inch nails is dragging them down the chalkboard, “WHY AM I NOT UP BY 50 POINTS” she screams from a video link to labor union faithful.  Ye, gods, people, what man can handle that horrendous shrill voice?—my hubby, Eli, would rather put a gun in his mouth than have to listen to her!
Now, I know some of my women’s libber friends will blast for me for sounding hateful but hey, I am sorry, it is what it is, people; at least that is what the founder of the blog, Stinkbug, always says.  When I got to the point in life that I no longer cared if hundreds of people ‘unfriended’ me on Facebook, I quit giving a hoot about sharing my opinions with the world.
I expect the world NEEDS to hear my opinions.  They need to hear what a hardworking woman with common sense thinks and believes.  While a Libertarian at heart, I know we have a CHOICE ELECTION on November 08, a choice in which, we will either vote for MORE governmental control or far less.
You see, Trump is not a ‘conservative’ but he is going to do some things that make Libertarians smile.  He is a combination of left and right and that will somehow bring about MORE liberty than the massive amount of liberties Hillary Clinton is going to deprive the American people.
Tonight is the FIRST debate as I have said and I am laying my money on Trump to damage Hillary to the point where she begins losing it on national TV.  Maybe her hair will begin falling out.  In fact, it could get so bad for her that Lester Holt will have to go to commercial even though the rules say he cannot.  The rules say there are to be NO breaks during the 90 minutes; how can Hillary handle that amount of time?
I hope the rules also say she cannot wear Depends, which obviously, it appears she needs.  Who can forget the Democratic debate in which, Martin O’Malley and Bernie Sanders stood around scuffing their heels while Hillary took a break in the crapper?  I sure as heck have not forgotten that big faux pas.  What was she doing in there?  Was she wetting herself or was she boning up on some forgotten facts so she could go back out there and smoke her two challengers?  Alas, we shall never know.
Something else the Democrats quiver in their boots about is whether Hillary is going to collapse on stage and whether Donald Trump is going to take charge and leave people with a view of his command abilities?  The Dems are afraid of Hillary and my hope is that someone will draw her blood to see if she has some sort of medication in her bloodstream that is going to give her an edge battling the New York billionaire.
Moreover, we all know the Clintons cheat and that they will use whatever means they deem necessary to beat Donald Trump into submission.  The only problem they face is that Trump has been on television more years than most people and doing reality shows such as HIS most likely had little to no scripting so he is deft on his feet and a quick-thinker.  I think he is going to pirouette around the methodical, plodding dinosaur that Hillary Clinton is and she is going to come out looking and smelling BAD.
I hope Hillary does not collapse onstage from a broken blood vessel in her brain.  We know that Trump is going to twist and tear her in a variety of directions all at once.  He most likely is going to be the respectful albeit forceful Trump we have seen over the past month and not the club puncher we watched during the primary campaign.  If I were she--I would be very afraid, very, very afraid, because Trump is unlike anything any of us have seen before.
In closing for today, I will be there tonight watching the debate.  My staff will follow the kitchen notes on the blackboard while I sit at home in my favorite recliner keyboard in hand and a beer on the end table.  Now, I might put up another post for tomorrow or I might show up late if I decide to do debate commentary tomorrow morning.  However, I suspect that I will comment on tomorrow night’s debate beginning on Wednesday.
Folks, thanks for joining me today, I am grateful whenever anyone shows up to read my posts and I am always glad when I hear from my friends.  Please, leave me some comments, send me some tweets, call me on the phone, or just buy some of the fabulous music we advertise here seven days a week.
I love you all and I will see you tomorrow but remember: DO NOT MISS THE FIRST DEBATE.  I PREDICT DONALD TRUMP IS GOING TO WIPE THE FLOOR WITH HILLARY.
Take care!
