Donald Trump has every Reason to fear an Obama-appointed Latino Judge sitting in ‘judgment’ on the Lawsuits filed by some unhappy Campers with Trump University—fight, Trump, fight!

SPRING SESSION 2016

BLOGPOST #2,025 AT THE AICP-END

I think Trump is right to question the judge overseeing the lawsuits against Trump University
Century City, CA, 06-07-2016 Tuesday: Yesterday, I shared a personal note in explaining my absence until later in the day, suffering arrest at the hands of the LAPD for driving while intoxicated.  It was not the first time for me unfortunately but it was the first time in nearly 20 years so I did not feel like a ‘loser’ but still, no one wishes to give up their freedom or independence for 20 minutes much less 48 hours.  If you have ever worked in the restaurant and hotel industry, you know executive chefs and many times those down the ranks tend to drink during heavy days such as pulling off 6-8 banquets in one day or even more given the size of the operation.  When I left my business on Friday night, I probably had 4-5 shots of Ouzo before heading out, which caused me to swerve heading home to Pasadena and which then caused a black-and-white to pull me over.  It was a hot night and the alcohol hit me more than I thought.
Yes, I had to get out, walk the line, put my finger to my nose, follow the flashlight with my eyes, and then use my fingers to count one-to-five using the thumb to the pinky up to the index and back.  I guess I failed to pass one or two of the tests so I elected to do the blood draw at the hospital hoping to sober up by the time we got there but sadly did not make it.
I was booked into the downtown jail and spent nearly 48 hours inside until my lawyer came down and bailed me out of the slammer.  Thankfully, the lawyer is good and he managed to get me off on a minor charge so I will not lose my car, see my insurance go up, or suffer what a bum might have to experience.  I am sure I will I have to do loads of community service but I would rather do that then lose all my other privileges.  The essence of the story is if you drive, do not drink, and if you drink, do not drive.
If you have read my posts with any regularity or my Facebook comments when we were doing comments there (and I still believe we should—screw Zuckerberg, the man is a punk), you know I have been up-and-down with Trump.  Now, now, that everyone else including Ted Cruz is out of the running, all we have is Donald Trump, and I am firmly in his camp.  After watching the mess in San Jose at the beginning of the month, all I can say is that more and more American citizens—including many Latinos—want to see ICE begin rounding up the hordes of illegals.  When mob rule rules the streets, we have more problems than we know and the only way to stop fascism no matter its philosophy is to nip it in the bud.
Currently, EVERYONE attacks Donald Trump on virtually everything, particularly his comments on the judge hearing his defense against the lawsuits over Trump University.  Look, Trump has a right to be suspicious over a jurist appointed by Barack Obama who is the son of illegal immigrants who became legal, I believe.  Everyone knows that Trump has promised the American people that he will (1) build a wall along the southern border with a BIG beautiful door in it for legal immigrants and (2) is going to deport the 11-30 million illegals sucking at the teat of the American system.
Even fellow Republicans from Newt Gingrich to that backbencher bum, Bob Corker, are wailing and moaning that ‘Trump has gone too far.’  I do not believe he has gone far enough, we know Obama is one devious scumbag and that he will use whatever federal entities he can to derail Trump and so I believe, Hillary Clinton, so he can push good old Joe Biden into the game.
Trump knows this and Hillary should, too, but I expect she is beginning to think the Kool-Aid she is drinking is truly satisfying and thinks she has gone too far for Obama to slam the FBI into her.  Think again, Hillary; I think you will meet disaster either after winning the nomination possibly today or after winning the whole shebang in Philadelphia next month.  Whatever happens to this screeching hag is not going to be a pretty sight.
One thing I know about Donald Trump is that as a big business mogul, one can only watch over everything so if there are some unhappy customers with Trump University, they need to seek redress and quit with the sniveling.  We now hear that the Clintons had their own involvement with some sort of ‘university’ that ripped off poor ignorant folks from Latin America, which seems to be anathema for them, who seek to unite ALL minorities under their ‘flag.’
Truth be told, Democrats are the persecutors of minorities more so than any Republican I have ever known so I think more minorities are going to vote for Donald Trump while more illegal aliens seeking to keep the gravy train flowing will vote Democrat.  The sons-of-bitches should not be able to do a damned thing in this country much less vote.  Yet, if the Democrats continue their despicable ways, there is no telling what is going to happen to us but here in California, we already have ringside seats to all sorts of crazy stuff.
For one thing, California citizens pay the costs for illegal aliens to obtain driver’s licenses.  We give them welfare payments, help them with rent, food stamps, and now we hear that a bill on the governor’s desk will give them access to Obamacare.  Obamacare!
When Barack Obama and his Democrat cronies sold us on the Affordable Care Act, he told us illegal aliens would not be able to use it and here in the Golden State, well, it looks as though they sure will.  I am telling you, the time appears on the horizon when this state is going to explode and the people of the state opposed to this insanity are going to throw every damned Democrat out of office.
I await the day.  Please, leave some comments and we will debate the issue.
Thank you,
Tiresias
