Since when does Gender Identity trump the protection of the Weak, the Vulnerable, and the Young from Sexual Predators—what has happened to the Country?

SPRING SESSION 2016

BLOGPOST #1,983 AT THE AICP-END

I never thought I would see the things I now see occurring here in America
Frazier Park, CA, 04-26-2016 Tuesday: I normally think that people have the right to live the lives they choose to live and I could care less whether they are gay, straight, bi-sexual, or confused.  However, we have seen some deep inroads into the issue of who can and who cannot use public bathrooms.  Some states in the nation have said people must use the bathroom that corresponds with their birth sex, which is probably the way it should be.  The reason I say this is because sexual predators—most of them male—lurk everywhere and the fight to make the miniscule group that considers they are men trapped in women’s bodies or the reverse feel comfortable now places many women and children in deep danger.
Last year on April 09, I said what I believe and that is ‘homosexuality is a choice.’  Now, some people led a boycott of my posts, which are fine, people can do and say whatever they want.  However, I believe this with all my heart but do not misconstrue what it is, I am saying, I think the LGBT community has the right to live the lives they wish as long as they do not infringe upon MY rights to say what I think and feel about them.
There is a BIG DIFFERENCE between the gay community and the transgender community, okay?  I will accept that some men love other men and that some women love other women and that some among them love both.
However, when someone says they are the OPPOSITE gender of what they have between their legs, I view those people as being mentally ill.  That is right, I said it, transgenders suffer from a false identify disorder and while I might be sympathetic to someone who is mentally ill, my business and I do not have to humor them.  The sign in my window says it all: “I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone,” which is right next to my NRA sticker.
Yet, the government now wants to force every state to allow men to enter the restrooms used by women as well as women to use those frequented by males.  While I doubt we will see much of the latter, the nation suffers from an overabundance of the former.  Men will enter the restrooms and dressing rooms used by women and girls and will prey on them.  Sexual predators lurk everywhere and there is no way we can allow our young kids, male or female, to use the restrooms alone nor can we not keep an eye on them when they use department and clothing store dressing rooms.
A decade ago, I never thought this would ever happen nor did I ever think that Barack Obama would be the driving force behind much of it.  My fear is that now that same-sex marriage is acceptable and now that we have to accept transgenders as being just another variation in the human condition, how long is it going to be before the liberals tell us that pedophilia is ‘just another form of love?’
As I say, I did not foresee any of this back in 2001 so why should I find it questionable that the far left liberals are not going to begin seeking the ‘pedophile vote?’  We know, after all, that in some states, state government wants to enfranchise prisoners in their jails and prisons, which while giving them the vote, might be okay with us libertarians the Constitution of the United States prohibits any such, act sans an amendment.
Moreover, the founding document pronounces that felons lose certain rights, something with which, I totally agree, and yet, George Soros continue working to transform felonies into misdemeanors so more criminals of all stripes can VOTE.
The reason WHY the Democrats want these people to vote is that it is the ONLY way in which, they can continue maintaining a toehold on power.  Most of their policies, most people simply do not want and that is why they want to continue stuffing the sick agenda down our throats we see them doing 24/7/365.
What’s more, this is WHY we find ourselves cursed with unisex public bathrooms, changing rooms, locker rooms, and every other once private, personal place either used singly or with the same sex now exists in our rapidly deteriorating society.  I fear for future generations.
In closing, I hope there is some sort of pushback on this sort of lawmaking as if there is not, when it comes sometime in the future, it will be even uglier than it now is.  We must maintain certain standards of normalcy, decency, and the protection of the vulnerable, which now is at risk, thanks to the push to allow sexual predators to attain closer proximity to those who might not be able to fend them off in an attack.
I ask you, is this the sort of world in which, YOU want to live or do you want to do something about it?  If you do, look beyond Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton, and Ted Cruz, and John Kasich— register and vote Libertarian NOW.
Thanks, my friends.
