The Results of New Hampshire are in and we have Bernie at the Top and on the other Side, Democrat in Elephant Clothing Donald Trump and Squishy John Kasich (a Lolo who will work with US)—we are looking VERY Good

WINTER SESSION 2015-16

BLOGPOST #1,907 AT THE AICP-END

Here in Hawaii, election results from the East Coast tend to come in slow…
Honolulu, HI, 02-10-2016 Wednesday: By 3:00 P.M. Hawaiian time, polls were reporting results in New Hampshire and it looked promising for Democrats and somewhat puzzling for the GOP.  There are so many candidates running on the Republican side of the aisle, that I have no idea how it is all going to sort itself out.
Right now, from what I understand is that Jeb Bush is moving up the ladder, which is great for we Democrats because we know we can beat another Bush.  Why the Republicans seem not to hear public sentiment is beyond me but here in Hawaii, when anyone mentions, “Hey, how you feel about another Bush in the White House, Bra,” they moan, groan and say, “Oh, my God, no!”
Bring it on, Jeb, bring it on, if Hillary is the candidate, she will pound you and if Bernie is the candidate, he will crush you, your family name, and any who hope to run from the next generation of your family.
While I might not like Donald Trump, him in the White House does not scare me as much as do some of the other right wing whackos seeking the presidency
As for Donald Trump, he is sort of the WILD CARD in the GOP race because that man is a Democrat wearing an elephant skin.  That is right, if we end up with Trump running against either Sanders or Clinton and he wins, boom—we will not miss a step and possibly, more so, he will be even better.
Sure, I can criticize him for being a dirt clod, for being a lolo, but when it comes to maintaining and continuing what Barack Obama has accomplished the past seven years, well, I am not fearful of Mr. Trump.
Who knows, perhaps he would select Michael Bloomberg to be his running mate, wow, can you imagine a ticket such as that one?  We would cream the Republicans to the point, they would scurry home, tails between their legs.
I am not fearful of John Kasich either, he will indeed cross the aisle and work with Democrats to maintain everything Barack Obama has accomplished—God bless him
As I listen to the results roll in while in the kitchen, it sounds like the voters in New Hampshire are choosing John Kasich and Donald Trump on the GOP side, which is good, very good.
Say what you will about droopy-lipped, ape-like Kasich, that man being a moderate means he will cross the aisle and make deals with we Democrats.  I have no fear that he will overturn Obamacare or that he will throw Common Core out no more than I think he will close Planned Parenthood down or that he will overturn, any of the environmental things President Obama has managed to put in place.
We want to save the planet and to prevent any further slippage of it into a post-apocalyptic, overheated, hellish world, which is something most Republicans could care about whatsoever.  The GOP tends to favor slime balls such as the Koch Brothers who want to rape, pillage, and rob our planet—we cannot allow that sort of insanity to continue now can we?
Senator Rubio, we Democrats want to run against YOU, you lolo
The other one that does not bother me winning the nomination on the GOP side is that little slick Cuban, Marco Rubio.  I have to laugh when I put the channel on FOX News and I see the commercials his Super PAC runs, touting that ‘HE is the one Hillary Clinton does not want to run against’—WHAT?  We would LOVE to run against Senator Rubio because we can turn around all of the slime he has slung at President Obama by saying WHO wants ANOTHER first-term senator in the White House?’  Answer: NO ONE I KNOW!
Granted, President Obama has gotten a bad rap on the issue, however, because the Republicans led by that fat toad, Rush Limbaugh, have led the charge against him from Day Number One.  They wanted him to fail but hey, he is still there, you have not run him out of office; Obama is Teflon, folks, plain and simple.
I hope Bernie comes out on top
I hope Senator Bernie Sanders comes out on top of this race because I have no doubt he cannot solidify the party around him.  The fact that he had breakfast today, Wednesday, with the Reverend Al Sharpton says a great deal about where we are and where Senator Sanders is going.
Who says the old guy cannot have minorities coalesce around him, it is his message that blazes the way ahead for the Democrat Party.  I think that once Bernie heads down to South Carolina, and then out to Nevada his people will reach out and ask the Democrat voters of these states—especially the black voters—who do you REALLY think has your back should one of them win the White House and not the competition--me or that lying sack of centipede crap, Hillary?
The answer hands-down is Bernie.
New Hampshire made it clear whom they want and whom they don’t
The people of New Hampshire have made it extremely clear that Hillary is not the favored candidate and this is the real shame of the Democrat Party—Debbie Wasserman-Schultz.  That woman needs to get out of the party leadership altogether because it is on her back why we have the two choices Democrats find themselves with.
Do not get me wrong, I have no problem whatsoever voting for Bernie because there is no way I could conceivably ever vote for Hillary Clinton.  If I had to cross party lines and vote for Trump—BOOM, there you go, because as I said in the very beginning of this post is Donald Trump is a Democrat hidden in among the elephant herd.
I could also vote for Kasich—as I said!—because he will make deals with we Democrats to get along.  What could be better than that—one who is one of us or who will work with us?
I feel bad for the Republicans
I feel bad for the Republicans, I have to tell you because they had a bunch of good candidates as their low information voters see them and since few of them drop out, they continue splitting the vote against Trump so there is no way any of the ones we might fear will ever get close to the nomination.
On the other hand, Ted Cruz is scary, Jeb is not while Marco Rubio is a cream puff and Carly Fiorina is not.  I am glad we will not have to run against Ben Carson, Carly Fiorina, or even Governor Jim Gilmore because they might actually give us a run for the proverbial money.
You know, we need someone strong to lead our nation forward into the 21st Century because if we do not, then our country as we know and love it is going to disappear beneath the waves of time.  Trump, Bernie, or Kasich, those are the path forward.
Do not mind my ambivalence
I hope you do not mind my ambivalence on candidates but I am like everyone else, there are TWO outsiders and one malleable candidate whom if they win the nomination of their party and then either one the White House on November 08, 2016, we will persevere.
However, if we get the liar Hillary Clinton or one of the nut-job right-wingers on the other side, we will suffer immensely at their hands.  The age of Reagan is DEAD, long DEAD, the age of reason, sanity, and strength is upon us and I must congratulate the good people of New Hampshire for the hard work they have put in today (at the time of this writing) but yesterday to all of you.
God bless America!  Aloha and please, join me over at the secondary blog today where we discuss the one-and-only Beverly Carrick.

  1. My good friend, Chef Cheryl—‘Cherry’ to all who know her—discusses the primary election we watched unfold yesterday in New Hampshire. It appears that the American people made their will clear in their massive turnout for both the Donald and the Bern and it is going to be interesting to see what happens down in South Carolina—that will be a glimpse as to whether the two of them have much chance to continue the battle. We hear that today, Senator Sanders breakfasted with the Reverend Al Sharpton so for him, that is a step in the direction in which, he needs to go if he is going to win the black vote. The trick will be winning the illegal alien vote here in California but he has a long ways to go before we see the results of that. Please, join us here at the blog so you can see what my friend and colleague has to say about the excitement in the Granite State last night. Thanks for joining us; we welcome the input of everyone. Please, join us at the second blog today, too, as we have our Wednesday post there, featuring more Beverly Carrick artworks. / Posted by Chef V.
