BLOGPOST #1,914 AT THE AICP-END

Little do the Republicans know but Donald Trump is OUR Candidate
Kihei, HI, 02-17-2016 Wednesday: I have to admit, I am amazed at watching from afar, the battle that we see taking place between bully and loudmouth Donald Trump and Texas Senator Ted Cruz.  I am also amazed at seeing Marco Rubio enter the fray on the side of Donald Trump and going after Senator Cruz as he did in the debate we watched last Saturday afternoon.
It almost makes me gleeful and rubbing my hands together in orgasmic abandon because by the time the Republicans finally wake up and realize Trump is our shadow candidate—one that we sent to disrupt their entire nominating process—we might have a very flawed and damaged GOP candidate in the general election, one we will easily beat.
This Election Cycle, the Democrats need a secret weapon
Normally, I do not dive deep into politics and put up an argumentative appearance but what the heck, the GOP began it with their incessant attacks on local hero and American icon, Barack Obama, a man who was indeed born here in the state.
As time went by and the attacks did not diminish, I think the DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman-Schultz wound the wing nut in the back of Donald Trump and sent him out into the world of Republican Party politics with the purpose of sowing so much dissension, anger, and nasty rhetoric that the other candidates would respond in kind.  It seems to be working very well, I must say.
The Republicans are very sneaky
We have to do the best we can to damage the Republicans because bit-by-bit and through using questionable political ploys have managed to reclaim both House and Senate and now seem intent on snagging the White House, too, unless we stop them.
If we do not stop the GOP, they will outlaw abortion, take away the rights of my fellow women to choose what happens to and with their own bodies.  They will drive ALL gays back into the closet and will allow so-called Christians to discriminate against them.  They will go after different groups of minorities and will most likely set them against one another instead of spreading the American Dream around for everyone to partake of some.
“Too Big to Fail” will be the motto of all the Republicans as they suckle from the banks
We know that BIG MONEY will control all elections, big and small, across the country and we know that regime change will be standard U.S. foreign policy.  We know that if someone such as Jeb gets into the White House that both his brother as well as other well-known war criminals such as Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld will have an open hand to violate oil-rich countries.
What’s more, they will give Halliburton massive contracts to rape, rob, and pillage foreign Muslim countries.  They do not care about the problems they cause, they only care about stuffing vast sums of wealth into their offshore bank accounts and other secret hideaways by which, the RICH steal the wealth of the American people.
We would love to see Jeb or Marco Rubio win the nomination on the GOP side
I have this hope that the GOP electorate will choose such a vulnerable candidate, someone such as Jeb or Marco Rubio, two belligerent and hateful liars.  Running against Bush would be simple because we all have to do is to dust off the campaign advertisements of old.  There is no way the former Florida governor can fight back on everything from the war in Iraq to the ruined economy of 2008.
If Marco Rubio is the one, he is younger, dumber, and wide open to suffering a trashing the likes of which, the nation has not seen since its foundational struggles.  Rubio is such a lolo, there is no doubt in my mind that either Bernie or God forbid, Hillary wins the nomination, they will play him like an old tin can: BOOM-BOOM-BOOM!
At some point, we need to derail Donald Trump lest he goes all the way
I think what we need to fear is if Donald Trump goes the distance, wins the GOP nomination, and then somehow the White House.  While I believe in my heart that he is a tool of our side, he is such a megalomaniac that he instills fear in numerous people because if one among the current crop of candidates was capable of being an ‘off-with-their-heads’ dictator, Donald Trump is the actor who fits that bill.
I hope at some point if he continues his tirades and his face continues to appear apoplectic and red as a beet, that Wasserman-Schultz will find a way to stop him.  We cannot allow this man to continue acting this way much longer or we all stand to lose BIG TIME in the election.
I shudder when I think of him sitting behind the desk in the Oval Office.
In the end, I hope the Democrats do not lose ground…
In the end, I hope that things work out beneficial for the Democrats that the hard-fought for and hard-won rights we have achieved underneath this president will not vanish as does haze over the morning sea.
We cannot set back the clocks, we cannot return to a less-attractive, more negative bygone era when the United States only worked for those who had accumulated lots of wealth.
Furthermore, we cannot allow people to reverse the gains made fighting global warming/climate change just so the wealthy can continue enriching themselves at the loss of the health of the planet.  No, there are too many things that we cannot surrender should some hard-core, right-wing person wins the White House and begins overturning ALL accomplishments of Barack Obama—it would be bad for not only the nation but also the entire world.
Congratulations to Jimmy Fallon for TWO years on the job
I would like to congratulate Jimmy Fallon for being TWO years on the job today at the Tonight Show.  That is right, on this date in 2014; he took over from the great Jay Leno and has not looked back since.
I think he is one of the all-time greatest talents in the nation and I hope his tenure there goes on for decades to come.  Late night TV is always a rough and rowdy place and I must say, I only tune in for the Tonight Show and for Saturday Night Live.  I could care less about that little lolo, Stephen Colbert or his predecessor, David Letterman.  Congratulations Jimmy!
Something concerning me right now is the unfair allotment of super delegates to Hillary Clinton right now, Bernie Sanders has won many more popular votes than Hillary has but the way our party does things causes many of us great consternation.  I think if Madam Clinton wins the nomination by cheating Bernie Sanders, we are going to tear the party apart and start all over.  Mrs. Wasserman-Schultz, I sure hope to hell you are listening!
Please, join me here throughout the rest of this week and at the secondary, Wednesday blog over at our sister blogsite.  Thanks for keeping me company and please, leave me some comments; I look forward to hearing from EVERYONE.  Thank you.
Thank you!

The next album released by Dave Mason was a current live set featuring NINE smoking tunes of his.  “Dave Mason Live at Sunrise,” (2002), is another fine addition to ever-growing discography and a good one for fans old and new alike to buy.  Here, Dave has a new band featuring guitar phenomena Joe Sambataro, bassist Richard Campbell, Bobby Scumaci (keyboards), and Greg Babcock (drums).  Say what you will and even though Dave growls more doing vocals than he did prior to this, it is what it is.  When is the LAST time you heard Mick Jagger NOT growling, his voice has gone where voices of old rockers go: into hiding.  Still, the musicianship here is excellent and Dave delivers yet another smoking live set, better than any crap one might hear by Coldplay, Maroon 5, or any of the other modern-day crap bands.  Please, use our link to redirect your browser to Amazon.com where you can get it in the format, the condition, and the price that is right for YOU—you will be glad you did.

  1. My friend and colleague, Itzi, shares her thoughts on the possibility that Donald Trump, the belligerent and bellicose New York billionaire, is a tool for our side. As a lifelong Democrat, there have been numerous times when we have had to endure horribly flawed candidates ranging from the lackluster Al Gore to the bumbling, stumbling John F. Kerry. We have had to watch the cornpone John Edwards talk about ‘two Americas’ (what demagoguery!) as well as suffer images of Governor Dukakis in a tank turret with an oversized tanker’s helmet on his head. This time around, we have someone who expects a coronation but whom everyone except women over age 60 seems to hate and despise and a Democratic-Socialist, someone whom we like but appears crazier than hell. We need help and that help comes in the form of Trump, a man who has no problem trashing and tearing apart his opposition, something that definitely is going to benefit OUR side in the fall. Let me know what you think about my ideas here, I believe that both Itzi and I are on to something. Thanks for joining us today.
