WINTER SESSION 2015-16

BLOGPOST #1,868 AT THE AICP-END

We pick up where we left off yesterday…
Oildale, CA, 01-02-2016 Saturday: We continue the top stories from last year here on this New Year’s Day 2016 weekend.  Chef Charles Smithenstein sent an open letter to the GOP leadership of the nation back in March of last year and he demanded that John Boehner, Kevin McCarthy, and Mitch McConnell (as well as the rest of the GOP elected and non-elected leadership) stand up to and stop Barack Obama.  President Obama has had one angry snit after another, every time the GOP wins elections or criticizes him, he does things designed to cause problems throughout the nation for years to come.  Whether it is opening the borders, giving gays an opportunity to marry one another in all 50 states and U.S. territories, or bringing in Syrian refugees in the tens of thousands, he does it.
It seems to me that Barack Obama typically does things out of spite rather than out of truly caring for those he ‘helps’
The thing that others (as well as me) find interesting is that virtually everything President Obama does, he usually does because he wants to infuriate his political opposition.  He usually does these things out of spite and anger, you know, ‘in your face’ attitudes that in the end make NO one happy, including the groups he claims he wants to ‘help.’  The open letter Charles published in his post on that day contained a BIG message for do-nothing Republicans.
You see, he wrote it for the GOP to see, for them to digest, and to do something about each one of his points because average Republicans are not happy about any of the things Barack Obama continues to get away with doing.   However, it seems the GOP is more than willing to provide smokescreens for the president to continue his devastation of our nation and that baffles ALL of us.
Chef Tiresias wondered aloud WHY President Obama so despises Benjamin Netanyahu
As March 2015 progressed and Chef Tiresias did his first stint of the year, the chef-blogger could not help but notice the extreme dislike the president has for the leader of our closest Middle Eastern ally, the state of Israel: Benjamin Netanyahu.  There were times when the two almost seemed ready to dish out blows to one another, so disrespectful were the actions of the Obama administration.  They seldom refer to the capital of the world’s only Jewish state as Jerusalem but usually in the Arabic name yet another slap in the face, a name I will not mention here.
Moreover, as the year progressed and the more the Obamaists worked on the ‘Iranian Deal,’ the more Israel lost the opportunity to strike at the heart of the matter, the Iranians’ nuclear weapons program.  Is it possible President ‘O’ wants to see the state of Israel blasted from the map?  I think so, my friends; Obama is no friend of the Israelis and even sent his election hacks to help Netanyahu’s opposition later in 2015 when the prime minister seemingly was in a tough reelection battle.  Imagine if Netanyahu had sent HIS electioneering staff to the United States in 2012 to unseat the 44th president—yikes!
Tiresias also pointed out that other Democrats are not safe from Obama’s rage; look at Senator Bob Menendez who voiced alarm at the “Iranian Deal”
Tiresias also pointed out as the week went along back in March 2015 that even Democrats are not safe from the wrath of Barack Hussein Obama.  Do you recall the trials and tribulations that Senator Bob Menendez underwent all because he was outspoken in his protests against the ‘Iranian Deal?’  You see, President ‘O’ cannot tolerate any dissension and it would seem at the time that corruption charges and other negatives suddenly appeared and forced the senator from New Jersey to go ‘silent’ on the matter and the investigation seemed to go silent at the same time.  I mean, has anyone heard any more from the veteran senator?
Sadly, we know the president has no problems sending his dogs, the Internal Revenue Service after defiant conservative groups as he did Lois Lerner back in the run-up to the 2012 Election, one he should definitely have lost.  That is how this gangster president does things, he uses the government in far worse ways than Richard M. Nixon ever did or even dreamed of doing to his political enemies.
Chef Fritz voiced concern over Hillary’s Problems and the lack of any viable candidates to take her place should she fall
When Chef Fritz, a rock-solid Democrat came in towards the end of March 2015, he lamented the fact that even then, Hillary Clinton seemed to be faltering as a candidate seeking the presidency and hoped that there was some sort of backup plan among the party leaders.  That is another story we covered throughout the year, how the drip-drip-drip of Benghazi revelations and the exposure of a private email server should have taken her down but in the same way as with Senator Menendez, that investigation on the part of the FBI seemed to go dark, too.
What’s more, he lamented the fact that the choices the Democrats have should their anointed queen fall by the side of the road were not good and hoped that perhaps Joe Biden would jump in and carry the standard to victory.  He had heard that perhaps Al Gore was mulling another run and that caused him great concern as he thinks the man is nothing more than simpleton who breathes with his mouth hanging open—enough about Climate Change already.
Chef Fritz also lamented the loss of water in the once-Golden State
Another story Chef Fritz lamented was the one that crosses party lines here in California, the shutting off the state's water spigot to send water to the southern reaches of the state.  At one time, Kern and other counties produced much of the food the nation eats whereas now, go to the grocery store and you see food from—Mexico.  It affects EVERYONE in the country as the loss of farmland, orchards, and ranch space for livestock drives up the cost of food worldwide.  The dimwits in Sacramento, the state capital, could care less and prevent water flowing to protect an invasive species, the so-called ‘delta smelt.’
It boggles everyone how the state’s leaders can deny the water that flows to the ocean through San Francisco Bay to protect not only the smelt but the salmon industry, too, is insane because we have the canals with which, to move water throughout the state.  Even illegal aliens should be angry because their jobs have dried up (excuse the pun) thanks to the stoppage of fresh water flowing south all in the name of protecting a fish that is not native to the state.
Chef Vicky was glad that Ted Cruz announced early his plan to seek the GOP presidential nomination…
Chef Vicky arrived in the final days of March 2015 to share her thoughts on how great it was that Senator Ted Cruz of Texas was the first Republican to throw his hat into the 2016 presidential race.  She believes that the senator has the ability to save the nation and to fix the messes created by President Obama.  I am inclined to agree with her but also like what Donald Trump has brought to the race, the ‘I don’t give a damn what anyone thinks about me, I am going to say what I want to say’ bravado.  We need our candidates not to cower in the corner while the Democrats invoke every foul curse and demean our candidates, we need to fight fire with fire and I say, ‘pour more gasoline on that damned thing, and let us give the Democrats a taste of their own medicine!’
We will stop here today to rest and refit…
I will stop here for today and allow you to continue enjoying your holiday weekend.  I think we all know the BIG BATTLE will be launching soon as the various candidates attempt to take one another out of the picture.  I am glad that both Lindsey Graham and George Pataki dropped out of the race because both of them are, well, uh, boring as well as RINO Republicans.  We need fighters, not dimwits who will cross the aisle, hand outstretched, only to see it brushed away and receive a gob of spit between their eyes.  The time has come for the GOP to exact revenge on the Democrats and to punish the collaborators among our party.  Let me know what YOU think about this idea.  Thank you, I will see you tomorrow, have a celebrated day.
Thank you,

  1. Moses continues his commentary on the top stories of 2015 and there are numerous ones that we covered over the course of writing seven days a week, 365 days per year that is what we do here. Granted, we might not have the output of other political blogs but we are professional chefs who have fulltime jobs, we do not sit in our basement in the pajamas that everyone who derides bloggers says we do. When one has to manage staff, devise menus, deal with the delivery personnel and the sales personnel, we spend countless hours on the job. To have the luxury of being able to sit down and crank out seven days’ worth of blog posts means we have to put the Numbers 2 and 3 in charge, which means they accumulate a great deal of overtime. Still, we do not begrudge ourselves the time we spend here at the AICP-END as we deem it to be extremely important, as should you. Please, spread the word to everyone you know about the good works we do here. Please, join us today and share your thoughts and comments on any of the things we discuss either in the actual post or in the secondary comments. / Posted by Chef Murph MacDougal of the American Institute of Culinary Politics-Elemental News of the Day, posted @ 01:05 P.M.
