FALL SESSION 2015

BLOGPOST #1,845 AT THE AICP-END

NOTE—CHEF VLADIMIR USES SOME HARSH LANGUAGE TODAY IN DISCUSSING HIS FAMILY’S VIEWS TOWARDS THE NATION’S ENEMIES IN WORLD WAR II

I think Trump is ‘Right On’ when he says put a STOP to Muslims coming to America until we figure things out!

Mukilteo, WA, 12-10-2015 Thursday: I was listening to the radio and television this past Tuesday and once again, I hear the common rusty saw the leftwing pacifists and wing nuts use on Republicans whenever a tragedy happens such as the massacre in San Bernardino, California—“WHY do the Muslims hate us?”  Here is what I have to say about WHY Muslims ‘seemingly do not LIKE us’ is that I could care flipping less WHY.  I think that what Donald Trump said earlier in the week about putting a cap on Muslims continuing to come here is right on and something we should adopt.  How about those ‘red delicious apples,’ folks, do you see things the way I do or are you one of those haughty liberals who snivel, whine, and cry?
I was five years-old when the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor
I was born in 1936, which made me a child little more than five years old when the bombs began falling on Pearl Harbor.  I remember listening to the radio broadcasts that broke the news that quiet Sunday morning, heard that our nation would soon be at war in the fight against Imperial Japan.  I had little to no knowledge as to what “WAR” was all about but I remember my family suddenly being sad, scared, and overwhelmed by the attack.  This prevailing mood made my young heart and soul suddenly filled with a great deal of trepidation.  My father and my uncles soon left their homes and their families so they could join the armed forces of America, which then sent them overseas after basic training.  They were gone for the next 4-5 years, fighting on far-flung battlefields and my father did not make it home, having lost his life stepping on a landmine.
Even though my father died fighting in Sicily during World War II, my grandparents never stopped calling Japanese people ‘Japs,’ they hated them so much
Back then, I remember the words the family used to describe our enemies: “Japs, Krauts, and Wops.”  My grandparents never quit using the ugly epithets up until the day they passed away, so ingrained was their hatred for what happened on that Sunday morning in Hawaii in 1941.  They knew Japanese-Americans over the years and had friendly relationships with them; however, in the privacy of their home they always used that ugly name to describe the enemy they so hated.  Granted, my father lost his life fighting in Sicily in 1943, not in Asia, but their feelings towards the enemies of the United States never caused them to improve their outlook towards them or to improve their perceptions of them after the war.
What happened at Pearl Harbor left a lifelong scar on most Americans who were alive at the time
Why is it then that anyone who questions the smarts of those who want to continue bringing Muslim ‘refugees’ into the country is a HATER or some other contemptible name the liberals perpetually drum up from out of their fetid bowels.  We are not ‘wing nuts,’ those of us who want to see some sort of slow-down in bringing in people there is absolutely NO way for us to vet, why are WE the scumbags?  None of us understands any of this and yet, the venom that spills out of the president’s purple lips or those of his White House press secretary, Josh Earnest, make all of us angry—what the hell is wrong with all of these people?
Maybe if we used Reverse Psychology on the President, maybe he would STOP doing the things he does.
You see, as others have recently commented here or at our Facebook page, it seems that if Obama wants to do something then his lackeys fall in line behind him and will push and nudge us until we give up the fight, fall into line, and do whatever it is the 44th president wants us to do.  I am curious as to if we reversed course and told the president, “Please, Barack Hussein, bring in as many Muslims as you can,” if he would change course and rebuff us, “NO, I will bring NO more Muslims in!”  To many of us, it always seems that if the American people want one thing, then President Obama will do the other just to spite them, so maybe if we use reverse psychology on the president, maybe he would move in the direction the majority of Americans want him to.
Every day, I become a bigger and bigger fan of Donald Trump because he says what someone MUST say
I am beginning to like what I hear more and more from Donald Trump, the more they leap upon the back of the man as did saber-toothed tigers atop the back of wooly mammoths, the more he shakes them off his back and then squashes them into insignificance beneath his massive feet.  One has to love the fact that Mr. Trump appears more and more as did the Tar Baby in the old Uncle Remus stories the more whacked out the liberals become, the more they continue to get stuck deeper and deeper into what makes Donald Trump, “Trump.”  The Donald’s enemies continue to go on the attack and the more they do, the more he continues to bamboozle the hell out of them and boy, oh, boy, I have to admit, it is highly entertaining to watch.
I love watching the Donald
Watching Mr. Trump, I find myself rooting for the man because he is the ONLY one who says the things that someone on the Republican side of the aisle must say.  His competitors for the GOP presidential nomination seem to be as ignorant as the liberals are in that the more they attempt to derail the Trump freight train, the more they cripple themselves.  If you need an example of what I am saying, all you need to do is to look at Jeb Bush—now there is a loser for you.  His Super PAC can spend $75 billion to take out his fellow GOP opponents—with the exception of Trump—because he thinks he can take the Donald out in a one-on-one fight for the bid—big mistake there, Jeb, big mistake.
JEB thinks he can tangle with Trump in a one-on-one fight

FLAG OF THE DAY: COCOS (KEELING ISLAND)

THURSDAY, DECEMBER 10, 2015
The album we have for you today is the short-lived second British super group, the eponymous Blind Faith, which came out in 1969.  The band featured Steve Winwood (keyboards, vocals), Eric Clapton (guitars, vocals), Ginger Baker (drums and percussion—from Cream), and Ric Grech (bass—from the British group, Family).  Blind Faith was doomed from the start—the album was great, the music stellar, blues-rock at its best with a melding of the Cream-Traffic influences, something that should have made this band a long-time entity but it sadly did not.  It became Cream all over again, fans screamed, cheered, and went nuts whether the band played well or it did not and Clapton could not continue for more than several months.  For those who were fortunate enough to see the group in concert, they have memories that will last forever but for those who did not, a DVD of the famous Hyde Park show in London became available years later. Please, use our link to go to Amazon.com so you can snap it up now in the format, the condition, and the price that is right for you.
