In 1976, the Who put out a two-CD set that featured the crème de la crème of the band’s ongoing discography so far, “The Story of the Who.”  Track listings varied from country to country but if one has not yet availed him-or-herself of the band’s music yet, this is the way to do it so please, do it now.  There are about 26 tunes on each release featuring a wide variety of material from singles to unreleased tunes to you name it so why not take advantage of a deal such as this one—go to Amazon.com NOW and pick it up in the format, the condition, and the price that rocks your socks!  Thank you, have a great Sunday and we will see you tomorrow for yet another day!

SUMMER SESSION 2015

BLOGPOST #1,736 AT THE AICP-END

We are on the Road to Albuquerque, New Mexico—‘Breaking Bad’ Country!
Bakersfield, CA, 08-23-2015 Sunday: We have an amazing country, something that when one gets to the grassroots level, you know pulling into a city, county, or state park and chatting with people, one sees the best of what America has to offer.  Imagine, heading north into a small town of Truth or Consequences, New Mexico, a charming little place if ever there was one smack dab on the Interstate 25 heading to Albuquerque.  We stopped at the Passion Pie Café for some delicious waffles, the Elvis Waffle is a delight, everything farm fresh, all I can say is “Wow, if you are driving through the area, you must stop here and have a meal.”
People in Small Town America all tend to agree with one another despite their Political Differences when it comes to the basics…
The people of Truth or Consequences represent the best America has to offer, friendly, open, honest, they wear their politics on their sleeve and share it with all who ask.  I have always been an outgoing fellow, people naturally say ‘hello’ to my wife and I as well as the rest of our family and over the course of a couple of hours, we find some interesting views.  When I told the couple sitting next to us whom we had engaged in conversation that Fox News Channel reported that there were now 42.1 million immigrants in the country, they snorted and said, “Most of them seemingly come through here.”  The people were local, in fact, a Chicano family (differentiating them from the illegals flowing north) and they were not surprised one bit.
One on one, people will share their deepest feelings with total strangers—this is America…
We engaged them and some of the other guests at the restaurant as well as some of the servers as to their thoughts about the upcoming primary battles for the presidency of the United States.  Virtually everyone was open to the topic, whether they were old-fashioned Democrats or were members of the GOP, all of them shared their opinions.  When one visits small-town America, one tends to hear the truth more so than when one finds his-or-herself in the midst of a larger, cosmopolitan city.  Take California, for example, all one knows of the state if they have never been there or have family there is that we are ‘ALL liberal nuts, plain and simple, that we value fish over water for farms and the people.’  I hate to say that, that is how I, too, see the once-Golden State, we are the land of the zany, the crazy, and the obtuse.
People view California as the ONE Crazy State of the Country and ask WHY?
However, when I share with the people the fact that most of the state is actually conservative, that ONLY the big cities of San Francisco (all of them jeer at this name), Los Angeles, and to some degree, San Diego control our politics, they are stunned.  That is the truth, once again, we hear that the northern counties of California want to break away to form the State of Jefferson with some of the southernmost Oregonian counties.  We have dissatisfied people all over the place—especially in the liberal ones—who want out, who want to form a more perfect union with their fellows and live their lives in the way they choose to do.
No wonder folks in Northern California and Southern Oregon want to form the State of Jefferson…
The good folks of Truth or Consequences express surprise, thinking that the entire state the Gays in Sacramento and in San Francisco control.  They want to know about the Bathroom Bill, AB 1266 from a few years ago, the one in which, transgender children and adults can use the bathroom of their choice.  They know we voted twice against legalizing same-sex marriage and they know that the California State Supreme Court and the Supreme Court body-slammed the voters on this.  No matter what we have done to hold onto the state as the people want it, the liberals continue smacking us around making ALL Californians appear like a bunch of loony-tunes losers.  How flipping embarrassing this is, people—it makes me wish I were living in New Mexico!
New Mexico would be a great place in which, to live…
Anyhow, people everywhere are unhappy with what their state governments are doing but especially with what they see happening in Washington, D.C.  They believe that the federal government no longer hears the voices of the people.  They do not want the inundation of illegal aliens we see flowing all around us, acting as though our laws are illegal and treating the people as though we are the illegals.  Whether they are old-time Democrats or Republicans, all of them want to see major change in the way the nation does things, which means to me I think we are going to have a wild ride of an election year this time around, folks.  God bless the good folks of Truth or Consequences, New Mexico.
If you travel to Truth or Consequences, be sure to visit the Passion Pie Café!

PLEASE BUY ALL OF THE ALBUMS WE ADVERTISE AT AMAZON.COM!
PLEASE SEE MUSICAL ALBUMS AT THE END OF THE BLOG
As always, we have a great time around here and that is why we want all of you to become a part of the organization by submitting articles to us for inspection and full-credit.  It is a great thing if you would do this, as it is a symbiotic relationship: we give you the space to share your recipes and in return, you send us more and more people who will become dedicated followers of the AICP-END.  Currently of multi-diversity across the Internet, it is important that we hear the voices of more and more people from all walks of the foodservice profession —join us. We urge our readership to write to us, leave comments, and if there are any of you, who would care to write an article for us, please get in touch via Magnolia Hilltop Brewers, P.O. Box 20669, Bakersfield, CA 93390-0669.  We obviously do not pay anything but give YOU full byline and that, my friends, is worth its weight in gold.
We want as many people who want to write to be able to do so and we believe that by presenting a forum for our fellow chefs, we are doing something for our beloved industry.  We love diversity and hope to add new and different authors to our pantheon of chefs, food and beverage directors, and culinary professionals.  Come on and join us, it will be fun! Expect that when all of us have run through our cycle, we will be introducing some brand-new talent or so Stinky says.
We have touted the AARC Technology Company here in Bakersfield, CA, and must add the Nerds on Call.com folks.  Without them keeping our blog up-and-running, there is no telling where we would be now.  We have a great many problematic issues here at the AICP-END because even with the best security systems in the world, malware and other terrible fecal materials manage to penetrate the blog site.  Do yourself a favor, hire the best, and note, you can have online help via a remote button on your desktop for just $25 per month!  Get in contact with the Nerds now!
Here is another note: do NOT do business with Galkos Construction, Inc., those people are nothing but crooks as if you lease your system, you will never pay it off, plus you have to pay them for excess energy produced by your system, the electric company does not buy all of it nor do they!  AVOID GCI AT ALL COSTS; DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!
We are selling recipes all the time and you can order things you would like copies of simply by mailing us your name, address, the recipe you would like and a check for $1.00.  You can buy an entire week’s worth of recipes when we do a series simply by sending us a check or money order (no cash please!) for $20 and we will have it out to you in the next day’s mail.  Please become a part of the AICP-END by sending us your names, addresses, and information and we will welcome all of you with open arms.
To buy paintings, recipes, or full article series, please send us your information by mailing us at P.O. Box #20669, Bakersfield, CA, 93309-0669.  You can call about paintings at 661-374-1430; we will take all calls and provide to you as much information as is available.  It is time that we begin taking the next step and to immortalize Beverly Carrick for eternity and begin moving towards the establishment of a website of our own! God bless each single one of you amongst our fan base!
If there is one thing I want the folks in the United States and possibly the world, too, to know is that I LOVE America.  When one lives in a pocket of common sense, a place in which, people revere the foundation of the land, its people, and its laws, people of all colors, ethnicities, religions, genders, sexual preferences (I welcome the LGBT community!), and whatever else that others use to divide us, they see a harmonious environment.  If it were not for our state and national leaders, we might all feel a whole lot better about the future of the country as it is NOT we, the people who continue to do the ongoing damage to our nation that we see all around us—no, it is our leaders WHO do the destruction.  Loses on both sides of the aisle—John Boehner, Mitch McConnell, Barack Hussein Obama, Hillary Clinton, John F. Kerry, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, and all the rest suck the BIG HOO-HAH—not a single person disputes this.
At one time, Beverly Carrick had paintings in several Albuquerque, New Mexico, art galleries…
In closing, let me say this: we can and will save our nation, as we certainly will not allow it to go down without a fight.  Join us and let us save the nation before it is beyond redemption…you owe it to your kids and grandkids.  Have a good one, I will report tomorrow from Albuquerque, New Mexico.  I look forward to visiting this city, I hear nothing but good things about it and what’s more, I know at one time, Beverly Carrick—our patron artist—once hung in several of its most exclusive art galleries, what could be better than that?  God bless you all again, bye.
The Closing Words of our Founder, Stinkbug:
Anyhow, let us close with this impassioned plea—please leave some comments and/or become a follower. What's more, why not spend some money and purchase an album by the Who, John Entwhistle, Keith Moon, Pete Townshend, Roger Daltrey, SAVOY BROWN, and everyone else we advertise here and/or buy a book by any of the authors we advertise here! In addition to that, we occasionally offer cookbooks and other oddball items so always pay attention to whatever you find in the tabs on the right side of the home page, everything you need is there!  Allied with them, we are pleased to market their merchandise!  Amazon.com is one of the greatest—if not the ultimate greatest!—online department stores in which, one can find almost everything on the planet.
As everyone knows, we love them and they love us and we want all of you to visit them daily, take advantage of their deals on everything from kitchen equipment to cookbooks, CDs, DVDs, and everything else a person could want.  Everything you buy from them puts money into our pockets, which allows us to keep this fine blog up-and-running 24/7/365!  God bless America and God bless Amazon.com, the world’s largest online marketplace in the world and most likely in the Universe!
Thank you!

  1. On the road in Sierra County, New Mexico, the Scharbug clan motor home cavalcade stops at Truth or Consequences, New Mexico, for a bite to eat, a bathroom break, and to speak to the local folks. According to Moses, it is great to speak to the normal people of the country, the ones who see both their state leaders and their national ones ruling in ways they never thought imaginable. Granted, New Mexico is a great state, has a marvelous governor that people here are surprised has not tossed her hat into the ring but they are glad to have Susana Martinez here among them. Everyone hopes that life will improve to the point that his or her children and grandchildren and even their children will somehow find a way back to the greatness of the America we all enjoyed as we grew up. Since the time of Bill Clinton, things have been in decline, morality, job opportunities, economics, education; everything has been on the decline. People here like people of small town America everywhere hope that with the right people sent to Washington, D.C. in 2016, that maybe we will see a rebirth before the older folks among us such as Moses Scharbug III cross the great spiritual divide for the NEXT life. Anyhow, that is what Moses Scharbug III has to report; as always we take great delight in sharing the comments of the author of the post with the world as well as our own. I do agree with Mo that New Mexico is a great place in which, to live and that the people of the United States have not given up on controlling the nation’s southern borders because losing the language, the culture, and the American way of life would be disastrous. Please join me today; we welcome everyone in the discussion of all things great in America and the work we need to do to get it there. Chef Elvin C.
