“Political Topics and Essays, Part CDXVI: Gervais discusses the ongoing Hullabaloo in Indian over the Religious Freedom Restoration Act and how we could get around the Outrage and use Libertarian Principles to live together” by Chef Gervais Krinkelmeier

--> --> --> --> --> ------------------------------
The next CD by Robin Trower is “Passion,” a release that came out in 1987 and made some fans go ‘what the hell’ because it was completely different from the guitar excesses of the 1970s.  Well one thing is for sure, if a musician wishes to remain relevant, they must change with the times and the 1980s were as difficult a time as was the era of disco in the 1970s.  Mr. Trower and his band play songs that are much more concise as well as emboldened, controlled guitar solos but do you know what-- it works, sounds great, and is a pleasure to own and to listen.  Please, go to Amazon.com and pick it up in the format, the condition, and the price that makes you swoon—do it now!

SPRING SESSION 2015

BLOGPOST #1,599 AT THE AICP-END
Defending the Religious Freedom Restoration Act in Indiana
Bakersfield, CA, 04-08-2015 Wednesday: Last week, we watched the hullabaloo over what the Hoosier state—Indiana—was attempting to do regarding the protection of religious freedom while preventing discrimination against any minority group. Governor Mike Pence, Republican, signed a law that would allow people of religious faith to deny service to gay clients, something that seems problematic at best and difficult to decipher at worst.  I understand that the homosexual lobby—something I wrote about back in 2014 when the CEO of Mozilla Firefox lost his job over having donated to an anti-Gay marriage group in California, wants straight America to accept them lock, stock, and barrel.
Remember CEO Brendan Eich of Mozilla Firefox—because he donated to an Anti-Gay Marriage Group in California, he lost his Job—what about his First Amendment Rights?
I observed all of the various groups that came out and pilloried Governor Pence and how quickly he backed down, rolled over on his back, and showed his junk to the world.  I do not think he should have had to do this nor do I believe that all of the groups that immediately climbed onto the bandwagon and starting the calls of “Hater, homophobe, bigot,” and all the rest of the crap had the right to do that either.  As a lifelong Libertarian, I believe we need to reign in both the militant homosexual lobby as well as those who would discriminate out of hate towards them.  Gays have every right to expect the same service as does any other group—as long as they are respectful and do not try to seek out individuals or businesses for the express purpose of calling them out—to receive the same level of service.  However, we in the restaurant business know that we do have the right to REFUSE service to anyone.
If Gays want Christians to respect them, do they not need to reciprocate the acceptance?
If someone posts a sign on their door and proclaims they are an evangelical Christian and some Gay couple comes and wants to force them to bake them a wedding cake, that person should be able to say them, “Here is a list of some bakers who will bake your frigging wedding cake” and let it go at that.  The religious individual or business does not have to protest their right to deny service to those who would force them to go against their principles no more than the Gays have the right to force them to do something that causes them moralistic angst.  If it were the other way around and Straight people wanted to force Gays to give up (in their view) their sinful ways, would not the Gays expect equal protection under the law. Of course they would and would expect their government to protect them so why can they not see that forcing a baker with religious morals to do something that goes against their faith is just as wrong?  Because it is not about the flipping cake, it is about forcing ALL of us to accept the gays for the deviant people they are.
It is NOT about the “Wedding Cake,” it is about much more than that
We need to find a way by which, we can all live and interact with one another in ways that infuriate or upset no one because is this not the true way in which, we can live together in a conclusive society that celebrates diversity as much as it celebrates foundational principles.  If one side wants to force the other side to do something that goes against their basest principles then does not the other side have equal right to expect the same?  I say that if the baker has to bake a cake for militant gays who come into their shop and disrespect that person that the baker has equal right to force his confused child who is not sure what exactly he or she is to go to the psychiatrist and get some anti-Gay therapy.
Like it or not, since they cannot reproduce, Gays will always be a Minority
Like it or not, Gays are a minority and will always be a minority, one based upon behavior, one that is not based upon any ‘gay gene’ or hereditary trait science can find.  At some point, the pendulum is going to swing back the other way and the gays will find themselves between the anvil and the hammer, not a very good place to be. The majority which heretofore now has been willing to TOLERATE a very small, vocal majority may at some point rescind that toleration and return to social ostracizing and political attacks, designed to drive the problematic minority back into the darkness of their closets.
If Gays want Tolerance then they need to tolerate OTHERS
This battle is going to go on and on for a long time until the majority of the American people beg for it to end.  The way I see it is that in the Libertarian world, we should all be able to get along with one another and respect one another’s rights to pursue the lifestyles we choose.  In choosing said lifestyles, we cannot force someone else to accept ours but we can force them to be respectful of ours if they want our respect for theirs.  If the gays would give up active recruitment and the persecution of those who disagree with them then perhaps, we might be able to find some middle ground to meet with them.  Otherwise, I see nothing but trouble ahead and eventually, the majority will destroy the minority.  Can we not set this behind us and in the words of the ‘great Rodney King,’ “can we all just get along?”
Rodney King said it best: “Can we not all just get along?”

VICTIMS OF THE FURY
As always, we have a great time around here and that is why we want all of you to become a part of the organization by submitting articles to us for inspection and full-credit.  It is a great thing if you would do this, as it is a symbiotic relationship: we give you the space to share your recipes and in return, you send us more and more people who will become dedicated followers of the AICP-END.  Currently of multi-diversity across the Internet, it is important that we hear the voices of more and more people from all walks of the foodservice profession —join us. We urge our readership to write to us, leave comments, and if there are any of you, who would care to write an article for us, please get in touch via Magnolia Hilltop Brewers, P.O. Box 20669, Bakersfield, CA 93390-0669.  We obviously do not pay anything but give YOU full byline and that, my friends, is worth its weight in gold.  We want as many people who want to write to be able to do so and we believe that by presenting a forum for our fellow chefs, we are doing something for our beloved industry.  We love diversity and hope to add new and different authors to our pantheon of chefs, food and beverage directors, and culinary professionals.  Come on and join us, it will be fun! Expect that when all of us have run through our cycle, we will be introducing some brand-new talent or so Stinky says.
B.L.T.
We have touted the AARC Technology Company here in Bakersfield, CA, and must add the Nerds on Call.com folks.  Without them keeping our blog up-and-running, there is no telling where we would be now.  We have a great many problematic issues here at the AICP-END because even with the best security systems in the world, malware and other terrible fecal materials manage to penetrate the blog site.  Do yourself a favor, hire the best, and note, you can have online help via a remote button on your desktop for just $25 per month!  Get in contact with the Nerds now!  Here is another note: do NOT do business with Galkos Construction, Inc., those people are nothing but crooks as if you lease your system, you will never pay it off, plus you have to pay them for excess energy produced by your system, the electric company does not buy all of it nor do they!  AVOID GCI AT ALL COSTS; DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!

LEAD ME TO THE WATER
We are selling recipes all the time and you can order things you would like copies of simply by mailing us your name, address, the recipe you would like and a check for $1.00.  You can buy an entire week’s worth of recipes when we do a series simply by sending us a check or money order (no cash please!) for $20 and we will have it out to you in the next day’s mail.  Please become a part of the AICP-END by sending us your names, addresses, and information and we will welcome all of you with open arms!
BACK IT UP
To buy paintings, recipes, or full article series, please send us your information by mailing us at P.O. Box #20669, Bakersfield, CA, 93309-0669.  You can call about paintings at 661-374-1430; we will take all calls and provide to you as much information as is available.  It is time that we begin taking the next step and to immortalize Beverly Carrick for eternity and begin moving towards the establishment of a website of our own! God bless each single one of you amongst our fan base!
BEYOND THE MIST

ECHOES IN THE NIGHT
I said back on Saturday, April 12, 2014, “Gay fascism is indeed a danger.”  At that time, California was having to deal with an onslaught of Gay issues such as the Bathroom Bill AB 1266 as well as the termination of Mozilla Firefox CEO Brendan Eich who had to give up his job all because he donated to an anti-Gay marriage group when California was battling the issue of homosexual marriage.  Folks, what we see happening around us is the doing of dead scumbag Saul Alinsky in which, revolutionary or uppity groups seek to overturn the entire system through incessant demands, catcalls of discrimination, and constant attacks on people who have different opinions.  We have the First Amendment right to freedom of expression, which means, YOU may not like what I have to say but I have the right to say it.  You do not have the right to deny me that but the way things are going now; we are losing those rights thanks to the preponderance of ‘political correctness.’  Have a great day, I will see you tomorrow, be sure to buy some of the CDs we advertise, and I realize they are not the Village People, but it is Procol Harum, Robin Trower, Gary Brooker, and Matthew Fisher — all good stuff.
PASSION
The Closing Words of our Founder, Stinkbug:
Anyhow, let us close with this impassioned plea—please leave some comments and/or become a follower. What's more, why not spend some money and purchase an album by Procol Harum, Robin Trower, Gary Brooker, and everyone else we advertise here and/or buy a book by any of the authors we advertise here! In addition to that, we occasionally offer cookbooks and other oddball items so always pay attention to whatever you find in the tabs on the right side of the home page, everything you need is there!  Allied with them, we are pleased to market their merchandise!  Amazon.com is one of the greatest—if not the ultimate greatest!—online department stores in which, one can find almost everything on the planet.  We love them and they love us and we want all of you to visit them daily, take advantage of their deals on everything from kitchen equipment to cookbooks, CDs, DVDs, and everything else a person could want.  Everything you buy from them puts money into our pockets, which allows us to keep this fine blog up-and-running 24/7/365!  God bless America and God bless Amazon.com!
Thanks, my friends!

  1. Chef Gervais discusses the ongoing upheaval over the recent Religious Freedom Restoration Act in the Hoosier state, the one that has everyone piling on the anti-Indiana, Anti-Governor Mike Pence bandwagon instead of seriously looking at the issues. If we uphold the rights of Quakers to sit out wars while everyone has to serve then we should be able to find a way to prevent someone whose religious beliefs prevent him or her from doing something that he or she feels goes against said beliefs. An evangelical baker should be able to post a sign stating said faith and a Gay couple seeking a wedding cake should respect the rights of the baker just as they expect the baker to respect their right to get married. The Gay couple should be able to enter the shop and the baker should say that it goes against his or her beliefs to do them service but here is a list of bakers who will. If the gay community wants the rest of society to respect their behavior-based minority, then they need to reciprocate and not go out seeking to cause someone to forfeit their faiths or otherwise lose their business in the legal arena. As a Libertarian, Chef Gervais believes we should all respect one another’s rights, whether or not they belong to a minority or not. If we could do this, there would be no problem but Gervais suspects it is about more than mutual respect but in the Gays stuffing their agenda down the throats of religious Americans. Gervais says he does not see the Gays going after Muslim bakers because they know the Muslims will not put up with their shit. Please, join us today and let us share in a dialogue that will enlighten the rest of the nation and eventually the world.
