“Political Topics and Essays, Part Two-Hundred-and-Sixty-Seven: for the First Time in nearly Half-a-Year, Chef Charles comes in to pick up where he left off in March 2014—trying to save the Great State of California by going after the Democrats!” by Chef Charles Smithenstein

--> --> --> ---------------------------
The first album is by Paul Rodgers and his own all-star band doing what the vocalist does best and that is rocking out the songs, something of which, the man is very good as you all know.  The album is entitled, “Cut Loose,” (2011), an album that is as good as it gets.  We always suggest you go to Amazon.com and pick it up at the price and the condition that is right for you!  The second CD is an introduction to the classic band, Bad Company, “Inside Bad Company 1974-1982,” (2011), a great way one can introduce the music of the awesome band to one’s ears.  Buy the CD simply by visiting Amazon.com and once again, pick it up at the price and condition that makes you and your pocketbook happy; this is how you build your collection or buy the mp3 albums!

FALL SESSION 2014

BLOGPOST #1,415 AT THE AICP-END

A Whole Lot of Stuff has happened since Last I was here in March of this Year!
Bakersfield, CA, 10-06-2014 Monday: It has been awhile since last I was here and a great deal of things has changed since last we met.  For one thing, Eric Cantor seems to be the ONLY sitting Republican to have suffered a knockout blow by a Tea Party candidate, someone of whom, I will mention NO name.  I think the Tea Party is a dangerous entity and that it stands as one of the greatest threats to our republic than does Barack Obama and any of his Democrat capitalist cronies.  As we close in on Election Day 2014, I must say, I have never seen the Democrats running as scared as they now are and what with the imminent ban on plastic shopping bags soon to affect us, voter anger in the state of California is at an all-time high and rightfully so.  Californians are angry, we want a change at the top and that means we want to see current governor Jerry Brown trundle off to the old folks’ home while we elect a proven conservative, Neel Kashkari.
Poor Eric Cantor—knocked out by a Tea Party NOBODY!
Something that shocks the hell out of me is how Governor Brown seems to be oblivious to the rising tide of anger directed at him and the henchmen with whom he surrounds himself.  To many, he appears to be the aged Godfather, the man who sits at the top nodding his head for this and for that to happen.  However, I believe his hold on power is tenuous and I suspect that we might come up with a big October Surprise that will cost him his seat.  I live in Delano, a farm town north of Bakersfield, California, where we publish the AICP-END and the number of unemployed there is BIG.  We have so many people out of work because Governor Brown could care less about our NEED for water flowing down the valley; all he wants to do is to build his fricking high-speed rail system.  In so doing, he can move his cronies up and down the state along with the Mexican gangbangers, the drug whores, and the labor goons.  None of this is good for the people of California, we want water so we can grow the crops with which, we feed the entire world!
Governor Jerry Brown is out of Touch with the State of California!
My hope is that gubernatorial challenger Neel Kashkari is going to give Jerry Brown the one-two knockout punch, the one that will send him reeling towards the rope, awaiting the final blow that will send him out of the boxing ring.  California is a state that feeds the world with its bounty of all things good from the soil and it would appear to most of us that the governor has forgotten that the people elected him to take care of ALL Californians and not just those who line his pockets with cash and in this job, he has failed miserably.  We need someone who has the spirit and the determination to restructure the state’s neglected water system and to find someone way to protect the so-called Delta Smelt.  In truth, it is all about protecting the interests of the northern part of the state and we must show him and the rest of the Democrats that the people living south of Stockton—a city that has gone bankrupt—count as much as the San Francisco Gay boys do.
I say, “F--- the Delta smelt!”
The main problem with this state is the fact that over the past 2-3 decades, we have swollen at the seams with illegal aliens entering the state, being allowed to seek residency, and now becoming citizens by obtaining driver’s licenses and other forms of identification.  There was a time when we controlled the numbers of people crossing the borders into both the country and the Golden State but now that seems to be outdated.  We now have hundreds, possibly thousands of the illegal alien children crossing the border into the United States relocated in the state and it crushes everything from the educational system to the healthcare and social services.  I still have a couple of kids by second wife still in school and the reports I hear are not very optimistic.  We have classrooms full of kids who cannot read and write in their OWN language and yet, both the state and Federal governments expect our educators to provide them with an education—what is up with that?
Remember, Election Day is November 04, 2014—do NOT fail to Vote!
We will cover these topics and more over the course of the week because the clock keeps ticking towards Election Day, Tuesday, November 04, 2014.  While I do not expect miracles, I do hope that the numbers of GOP voters who remained home back in 2012 will turn out and help us stop the tide of illegal aliens entering the state and will help us curtail the rampant liberalism that is eating away at the guts of this great nation.  At what point do the lifelong Californians say ‘enough is enough’ and demand an end to the destruction of the state.  Sure, at times liberalism sounds ‘good’ but in truth, it is little more than a panacea for the problems caused by other liberals, we need a clean sweep of ALL state elective posts so we can get this state and perhaps even the country back on track.  Please, if you are a registered voter, do your duty and go to the polling place next month, our future and that of our kids and their kids count on it!
Californians are tired of Democrat Rule—the GOP can do it Better!

As always, we have a great time around here and that is why we want all of you to become a part of the organization by submitting articles to us for inspection and full-credit.  It is a great thing if you would do this, as it is a symbiotic relationship: we give you the space to share your recipes and in return, you send us more and more people who will become dedicated followers of the AICP-END.  Currently of multi-diversity across the Internet, it is important that we hear the voices of more and more people from all walks of the foodservice profession —join us. We urge our readership to write to us, leave comments, and if there are any of you, who would care to write an article for us, please get in touch via Magnolia Hilltop Brewers, P.O. Box 20669, Bakersfield, CA 93390-0669.  We obviously do not pay anything but give YOU full byline and that, my friends, is worth its weight in gold.  We want as many people who want to write to be able to do so and we believe that by presenting a forum for our fellow chefs, we are doing something for our beloved industry.  We love diversity and hope to add new and different authors to our pantheon of chefs, food and beverage directors, and culinary professionals.  Come on and join us, it will be fun! Expect that when all of us have run through our cycle, we will be introducing some brand-new talent or so Stinky says.

We have touted the AARC Technology Company here in Bakersfield, CA, and must add the Nerds on Call.com folks.  Without them keeping our blog up-and-running, there is no telling where we would be now.  We have a great many problematic issues here at the AICP-END because even with the best security systems in the world, malware and other terrible fecal materials manage to penetrate the blogsite.  Do yourself a favor, hire the best, and note, you can have online help via a remote button on your desktop for just $25 per month!  Get in contact with the Nerds now!  Here’s another note: do NOT do business with Galkos Construction, Inc., those people are nothing but crooks as if you lease your system, you will never pay it off, plus you have to pay them for excess energy produced by your system, the electric company does not buy all of it nor do they!  AVOID GCI AT ALL COSTS; DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!

LIVE IN THE UK AT WEMBLEY ARENA
I want to say that the Kern County Fair this year was amazing, we had a monumental lineup and my wife and I saw every single band; well, almost every band.  We saw Joan Jett and the Blackhearts on the final night of the fair and let me say, that little chick, as old as she is, had a great deal of spunk and delivered the goods.  The band was red-hot, the crowd was on its feet screaming its adoration and Joan gave it back in spades.  The entire band was amazing (although you could not hear the keyboardist at all) and I must say, it was the first time I saw this amazing artist live on stage.  I remember hearing her back in the 1970’s and the 1980’s and she was a fireball then and is still a fireball now, if you have a chance to see this woman and her band, then by all means, do not miss it!  I have to add that George Thorogood and the Destroyers on the preceding Friday night was one hell of a show as were the Fab Four, the Ohio Players, Evolution (a Journey tribute band), and Kansas.  Yes indeed, this was the BEST fair in about a decade and I am looking forward to next year’s lineup as well as the one at the Bright House Amphitheater in Bakersfield, ALL great shows, we are on the way back up in our concerts.  Okay, that will do it, please buy some of the music we advertise, we are coming to the end of this massive grouping of bands and will soon be doing the one-and-only, King Crimson!  See you all tomorrow!

Stinkbug’s Closing Words:
Anyhow, let us close with this impassioned plea—please leave some comments and/or become a follower. What's more, why not spend some money and purchase an album by the Firm, British Lions, Jimmy Page and Roy Harper, and Mott. What’s more, we also recommend buying CDs by Andy Fraser, Paul Rodgers, Mott the Hoople, Led Zeppelin, Paul Rodgers and Queen, and Backstreet Crawler. In addition to that, be sure to buy CDs by the second grouping of bands: Widowmaker, Crawler, Robert Plant, Bad Company, the Yardbirds, Free, Ian Hunter, Paul Kossoff, Jimmy Page and the Black Crowes, and everyone else we advertise here and/or buy a book by any of the authors we advertise here! In addition to that, we occasionally offer cookbooks and other oddball items so always pay attention to whatever you find in the tabs on the right side of the home page, everything you need is there!  Allied with them, we are pleased to market their merchandise!  Amazon.com is one of the greatest—if not the ultimate greatest!—online department stores in which, one can find almost everything on the planet.  We love them and they love us and we want all of you to visit them daily, take advantage of their deals on everything from kitchen equipment to cookbooks, CDs, DVDs, and everything else a person could want.  Everything you buy from them puts money into our pockets, which allows us to keep this fine blog up-and-running 24/7/365!  God bless America and God bless Amazon.com!
Thank you!

  1. After being off for nearly half-a-year, Chef Smithenstein comes up and picks up where he left off: trying to save the great state of California! At what point, will the working class people of the state including the millions of illegal aliens our state has welcomed going to wake up and realize that we need a change in government to bring back a worker-friendly state? Richard Trumka, the fat pig, the man who runs the AFL-CIO is nothing but a scumbag as all he cares about is dues money coming into the vaults and could care less if illegal aliens provide it or the dwindling American worker. What will it take before the second-class citizens—the illegals, made that way by the Democrat ‘rapists’—going to come to the GOP where we truly value their views on ‘right-to-life,’ their conservative nature, and their work ethic. We recognize that we must pass some sort of immigration reform but at the same time with ISIS and with Ebola coming into the country more so by the day, we need to close that border and monitor who goes back and forth across it. Please join us today for some exhilarating political talk and some damned fine music, too. Thanks for being a fan and a follower!
