SUMMER SESSION 2014

BLOGPOST #1,365 AT THE AICP-END

Where are all the BIG-NAME Rock and Roll Artists?
Bakersfield, CA, 08-17-2014 Sunday: One of the things I enjoy about my affiliation with the American Institute of Culinary Politics-Elemental News of the Day is the fact that every blogger gets a copy of each CD so we can listen to them, review them, and promote them for the edification of our readership.  Living in Hawaii, we are off the beaten path when it comes to rock-and-roll concerts, only getting them when various bands come to vacation and maybe do a show or two for the benefit of the fans living here.  Granted, we tend to follow a different track when it comes to musical tastes, many of the younger folks gravitating towards the music of Bob Marley and the Wailers and of course, the rap and hip-hop communities rather than fans of the rock scene.
Miranda Lambert is Fine but we want, oh, so more!
Let’s face it; all we have coming up in the next couple of months on Oahu are Ron White, Miranda Lambert, America, Night Ranger, and Daniel Tosh.  None of this excites me but for those who long to hear something other than Don Ho sound a likes, it is what it is.  Even Daniel Tosh is just a comedian, we are in serious need of having some of the acts that come to the Mainland to come to Maui and give us some shows.  We seriously would love to have everyone who is coming to the Kern County Fair next month to come to Hawaii and spend some time with us.  The folks here in Bakersfield get George Thorogood and the Destroyers, Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, Kansas, and Starship.  In the Indian casino on August 08, they had .38 Special, another great band, none of whom seem to want to vacation in the Hawaiian Islands.  What the heck is wrong with these people?  Our money is as green as everyone else’s as well as the fact that we are HAWAII!
Kern County, California, gets all sorts of Big-Name Rockers!
Sometimes, I consider moving to the Mainland just so I can be around happening things but then, sense returns to me telling me that I would not like living away from the islands.  You see, when you grow up in paradise, why would you want to go anywhere in the world when everyone in his brother wants to come visit us?  What’s more, if we want to take a vacation in French Polynesia, Australia / New Zealand, or in South Korea, Japan, or China, we are already half-way there.  The only reason WHY I come to the Mainland is to do my stint at the AICP-END so I can get my free albums and then dispense some island-style wisdom to the masses.
Living in Hawaii, we are Halfway to French Polynesia, the South Seas, and the Orient
Well, what do we have left to discuss before we call it a week?  Well, let me say that I think if we could get a professional sports team, you know, maybe a WNBA team might fly.  I know that people say we are like Las Vegas, Nevada, nothing more than a tourist attraction and that we do not have the numbers to support a team.  Add to that the costs of travel, the amount of the distance, you know, 2,500 miles to the Mainland, then about the same distance back to New York, Boston, or Miami, teams would find themselves overwhelmed with fatigue.  Still, I think the people would love to have something to make them feel as though they are part of the Mainland and not some distant outpost on the Moon.  We would love to have a team, even a return of a Triple-A baseball club; anything would be great, just give us the chance.
Senator John Walsh of Montana—what a lying Smuck, goodbye and good riddance!
Well, that will do it for the day and the week; we managed to discuss nothing consequential, which is a good thing, if you know what I mean.  Why continue bashing the president when others will do it for us willingly and besides, I want to appear somewhat neutral so the IRS and other governmental bodies do not begin digging into my personal information, throw my medical records out there for the world to see, suddenly cripple me financially and throwing me into the street to live homeless.  You know, that is something we could have discussed, the fact that our fellow states send many of their homeless to live in Hawaii because it only gets cold for 1-2 months of the year.  I wish they would quit dumping their homeless and their illegal alien brats into our lovely state. We have enough problems of our own…hmmm, I could have discussed Senator John Walsh of Montana, the man who threw in the towel in his election race because he plagiarized numerous papers in order to obtain his doctoral degree—what the hell is wrong with these imbeciles?   Maybe El Chilote will notice that one as his beloved Democrat Party implodes upon itself!  Let’s head to the end!
I will leave it all to El Chilote!

As always, we have a great time around here and that is why we want all of you to become a part of the organization by submitting articles to us for inspection and full-credit.  It is a great thing if you would do this, as it is a symbiotic relationship: we give you the space to share your recipes and in return, you send us more and more people who will become dedicated followers of the AICP-END.  Currently of multi-diversity across the Internet, it is important that we hear the voices of more and more people from all walks of the foodservice profession —join us. We urge our readership to write to us, leave comments, and if there are any of you, who would care to write an article for us, please get in touch via Magnolia Hilltop Brewers, P.O. Box 20669, Bakersfield, CA 93390-0669.  We obviously do not pay anything but give YOU full byline and that, my friends, is worth its weight in gold.  We want as many people who want to write to be able to do so and we believe that by presenting a forum for our fellow chefs, we are doing something for our beloved industry.  We love diversity and hope to add new and different authors to our pantheon of chefs, food and beverage directors, and culinary professionals.  Come on and join us, it will be fun! Expect that when all of us have run through our cycle, we will be introducing some brand-new talent or so Stinky says.
SCREAM FOR HELP
MEAN BUSINESS
We have touted the AARC Technology Company here in Bakersfield, CA, and must add the Nerds on Call.com folks.  Without them keeping our blog up-and-running, there is no telling where we would be now.  We have a great many problematic issues here at the AICP-END because even with the best security systems in the world, malware and other terrible fecal materials manage to penetrate the blogsite.  Do yourself a favor, hire the best, and note, you can have online help via a remote button on your desktop for just $25 per month!  Get in contact with the Nerds now!  Here’s another note: do NOT do business with Galkos Construction, Inc., those people are nothing but crooks as if you lease your system, you will never pay it off, plus you have to pay them for excess energy produced by your system, the electric company does not buy all of it nor do they!  AVOID GCI AT ALL COSTS; DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!

God bless each single one of you amongst our fan base!
WALKING WITH A MOUNTAIN
SHADES OF IAN HUNTER
I will leave you with this: this November, we must all come together to make sure the Democrats do not play dirty in their efforts to retake the House and to add numbers to the Senate.  They way things stand now, they appear as if they are they are going to take an ass-whooping, as though the Night Marchers came upon Barack Obama on the backside of Haleakala, there to put the fear of God into him.  I hope that once the GOP takes the Senate and gets a filibuster-proof House that it will defund everything Obama wants to do and will take him to court the minute he begins granting citizenship to 20-million-PLUS illegal aliens.  Never have we been in such perilous times, it is almost as if we had lost World War II and the Cold War, not won both.  All Republicans VOTE in November, as many times as you can so we can finally defeat the Obamaists!  We can and will do this but first, you must buy some of the fine CDs we promote as well as whatever else you can find here at the AICP-END—remember, we love you, love you all, aloha!

Stinkbug’s Closing Words:
Anyhow, let us close with this impassioned plea—please leave some comments and/or become a follower. What's more, why not spend some money and purchase an album by the Firm, Bad Company, Robert Plant, British Lions, Jimmy Page and Roy Harper, Led Zeppelin, Crawler, Widowmaker, and Mott. What’s more, we also recommend buying CDs by Andy Fraser, Ian Hunter, Mott the Hoople, and Backstreet Crawler, Free, the Yardbirds, Paul Kossoff, and everyone else we advertise here and/or buy a book by any of the authors we advertise here! In addition to that, we occasionally offer cookbooks and other oddball items so always pay attention to whatever you find in the tabs on the right side of the home page, everything you need is there!  Allied with them, we are pleased to market their merchandise!  Amazon.com is one of the greatest—if not the ultimate greatest!—online department stores in which, one can find almost everything on the planet.  We love them and they love us and we want all of you to visit them daily, take advantage of their deals on everything from kitchen equipment to cookbooks, CDs, DVDs, and everything else a person could want.  Everything you buy from them puts money into our pockets, which allows us to keep this fine blog up-and-running 24/7/365!  God bless America and God bless Amazon.com!
Thank you!
