1,1070th BLOGPOST AT THE AICP-END!

The Flag of Iowa—Disastrous Trip in 2010
Bakersfield, CA, 02-03-2014 Monday: Hello, and WELCOME to MY blog, the one-and-only American Institute of Culinary Politics-Elemental News of the Day—this is the place where we discuss the pertinent topics of the day as well as ones that are NOT but do our best to make it interesting for all of the readership.  I began this blog back in 2009 with the aid of the folks at Choseit.com, a place I enjoyed because they allowed me to do whatever I wanted and gave me their support.  However, I had to take some time off so I could make a disastrous trip to Iowa in the summer of 2010 and when I got back, they shut me down, erased all of my hard work, and did so without a word of explanation.  We had a good thing going there, we generated about 500-1,000 hits per day and had numerous readers who left comments, some of them quite nasty and ignorant but we published all of them.  I love what I do so I found a new host, Google, a great friend indeed who has allowed me to expand this blog and bring in my friends as well as new folks we have recruited through the magnificence of our literary and culinary talents!  We welcome ALL to submit their comments, their potential posts, and their cards and letters and thank all who buy the recipes we have offered in the past.  We try to make it so that any-and-everyone can interact with us and so far, we have done well albeit, we haven’t got our readership up to what it once was at Choseit.com.  Give us another year or two, we work hard and love what we do and hope that you enjoy it, too!
San Francisco 49er’s Quarterback Colin “Bush Baby” Kaepernick

We normally write about one week ahead so as of this writing, I do not know WHO won the Super Bowl but I sure do hope it was the Seattle Seahawks!  I detest the San Francisco 49er’s, they are a team beyond liking, I cannot stand their coach and I hate their quarterback, Colin “Bush Baby” Kaepernick!  Whenever I see the QB looking over his mouth guard of his helmet, his BIG, unblinking eyes make me think of the bush babies I have seen at the San Diego Zoo when I was a little boy.  I think that what they did to Alex Smith was detestable and I hope that the 49ers never make it to another Super Bowl and hope that it will always be Seattle, Arizona, or St. Louis who knocks them on their asses!   Michael Crabtree is a pumped-up, ignorant buffoon who thought he was the KING of the field until Michael Sherman put him in his place in the NFC Championship game a few weeks ago.  I realize that everyone wants to make Mr. Sherman the bad guy but I sure do hope that he shined in the Super Bowl!  I also like the Denver Broncos but its high time the Seahawks win a super bowl because they are a team highly deserving of one and it will bring great status to the city of Seattle.  I had the opportunity of living in Washington State once and would love to return there but at the time of this writing, have no opportunity to do so!
Seattle Seahawks’ Cornerback Michael Sherman

This year, we have decided to return to our roots, meaning doing a blog based more on political discussion as unbelievably, that is what we did at the old blogsite and did it well.  We feel that since this is an election year—AND A VERY IMPORTANT ONE AT THAT!—that we need to devote all our efforts to making it a good one for whichever side the blogger likes to write.  We have tried to mix it up now by having a different view every week instead of a bunch of one and then a bunch of the other because we want to avoid the cardinal sin that shut down our old blog: being one-sided!   You see, we were told by the folks at Choseit.com that when President Obama first asked for and then got the ability to control. The Internet in times of trouble that we were one of the test cases in which, the government stepped in and told the host WHOM to close.  At the time, no one believed us but now that we know what the president is doing with his unconstitutional NSA Spying Program, it is EASY to believe!  No one ever wants to think their government is crooked or does not have the best interests of its citizens in heart, primarily constitutional ones because it opens the door to all sorts of worries none of us ever had to worry about before the media exposed it.  I didn’t want to believe it as well as everyone else here but now, we know the government has the ability to shut us down at the snap of its fingers so that is WHY we have adopted the format that we have: it’s a matter of survival!
President Barack Obama
We had an article in the local newspaper here in town last week, “Obama looks to Big State of Union Speech to jump-start Second Term,” written by Lesley Clark and Anita Kumar in which, it discussed how the president is seeking to bang out a big victory in his State of the Union Address on January 28, 2014.  I have heard that the president is going to go after the Republicans in general and Rush Limbaugh, FOX News, and Talk Radio in particular.  It shocks me to think that this seemingly untouchable president is now so weak and with approval ratings so low that he has to duke it out with the likes of Rush Limbaugh in the hope that it will put him back on top.  I’m sorry, my liberal friends, but your beloved president has so weakened himself that he is literally carrion awaiting the teeth of the scavenger to rend him limb from limb.  He is the one personally responsible for his approval ratings being down in the thirties and I believe that after his speech, he will enjoy a brief rise but will then crash and burn again just as he is destined to do.  This man is a smuck and he can rail away at ‘income inequality’ all he wants but until he empties his bank accounts and donates the money to the poor and the abused, I say he can go, well, you know where!
Most Dangerous Man in America—Rush Limbaugh?
Something else that is troubling to me is the idea that the debt ceiling is coming on us faster than a speeding train or bullet a la the Lone Ranger, and Mr. Obama wants to raise it MORE.   What makes it so horrific is that it took the previous 43 presidents to get the debt up to about $9 trillion and Mr. Obama—in NOT even six years—has gotten it to $17 trillion!  Like it or not, my liberal friends, YOU cannot blame this on George W. Bush, you have to blame it on an imbecile for a chief executive who has NO economic talents and furthermore, one who could care less about the size of the debt YOUR kids and MINE will inherit!   We have a man who, in MY opinion, seeks to make the debt so untenable that by the time he leaves office and returns to Kenya or Indonesia who could care less about bankrupting the nation!  If we continue raising the debt ceiling, HE is going to continue the spending that has gotten us into the mess in which, we now live and if we don’t find a way to stop him, the damaged he’s doing to the country will take decades to unravel!  We must fight in the streets and the fields, across the nation from one end to the other to put an end to this diabolical reign of terror and it must begin NOW!  We must find the best candidates with whom we can replace the Democrats flunkies and their RINO lackeys as if we do not, the American Dream will disappear like smoke in a strong wind.
We are going RINO Hunting in November!
Okay, we have made for a good platform on which, we can begin the week’s slog at finding the right candidates to fill the posts from the top of the top to the lowest of the low.  We must make 2010 look like the norm rather than an aberration and that means, we must find ways with which we can get our groups tax-exempt status so we can begin the fight to reclaim the Senate and to make Mr. Obama into a lame duck.  Even as a lame duck, he will still be a dangerous and deadly opponent because like a rattlesnake with half its venom, it can still cause injury and death.  I would not be surprised in the least if he legislated through the power of his pen and that of his phone to throw the southern borders of the nation wide open and then to give not only amnesty but also suffrage to the millions of illegal aliens waiting to flood the nation.   I agree with some of my colleagues that there is a new generation of American legislators who truly believe that the only way to redress the grievances between Mexico and the United States is by giving them back the territory they lost in the Mexican -American War of 1848-1850 and also the Gadsden Purchase.   These men and women are NOT patriots, they are traitors of the highest regard and we need to stop them and La Raza as well as all other illegal aliens’ rights groups!

We urge our readership to write to us, leave comments, and if there are any of you, who would care to write an article for us, please get in touch via Magnolia Hilltop Brewers, P.O. Box 20669, Bakersfield, CA 93390-0669.  We obviously do not pay anything but give YOU full byline and that, my friends, is worth its weight in gold.  We want as many people who want to write to be able to do so and we believe that by presenting a forum for our fellow chefs, we are doing something for our beloved industry.  We love diversity and hope to add new and different authors to our pantheon of chefs, food and beverage directors, and culinary professionals.  Come on and join us, it will be fun! Expect that when all of us have run through our cycle, we will be introducing some brand-new talent or so Stinky says.
BBC SESSIONS
We have touted the AARC Technology Company here in Bakersfield, CA, and must add the Nerds on Call.com folks.  Without them keeping our blog up-and-running, there is no telling where we would be now.  We have a great many problematic issues here at the AICP-END because even with the best security systems in the world, malware and other terrible fecal materials manage to penetrate the blogsite.  Do yourself a favor, hire the best, and note, you can have online help via a remote button on your desktop for just $25 per month!  Get in contact with the Nerds now!  Here’s another note: do NOT do business with Galkos Construction, Inc., those people are nothing but crooks as if you lease your system, you will never pay it off, plus you have to pay them for excess energy produced by your system, the electric company does not buy all of it nor do they!  AVOID GCI AT ALL COSTS; DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!

God bless each single one of you amongst our fan base!
I FEEL FREE—ULTIMATE CREAM
I am glad that I came in on the tail end of the super group, Cream, this band is one of the greatest of the rock-and-roll era and I would have so loved to see them in their heyday!  Eric Clapton is a phenomenal guitarist as is Jack Bruce, bass and vocals, and Ginger Baker on the drums.  Together, they made some memorable music and while it’s a shame that they more or less did not like one another, they still put out some awesome albums and I urge all of you to seek them out via our links!  Introduce yourselves to a phenomenal band or reacquaint yourselves with some delightful music!  I also would like to put in another plug or two, these ones free of charge but all of those who saw Will Smith’s movie, “After Earth,” and did not like it, it is a GREAT movie in the same way Tom Cruise’sOblivion” was.  I realize that many folks did not like that movie either but sometimes, it takes a while for the story to develop and develop it did in BOTH movies.  Will Smith’s son did a great job and I highly recommend both of these fine movies and another I will add now: “Oz, the Great and Powerful,” the first story in the multi-volume saga of the Land of Oz started by Frank Baum and continued by others deserves to be seen, too. Please, check them out and do yourselves a favor, it’s important to have many diversions to take away from the pain of the topics we discuss here every day! Anyhow, I will see you tomorrow and let it be known that we pick up with the great San Francisco band, It’s A Beautiful Day, and then we begin presenting the one-and-only Grass Roots—bet you never thought we would ever present them, did ya?  Bye!

MY Closing:
Anyhow, let us close with this impassioned plea—please leave some comments and/or become a follower. What's more, why not spend some money and purchase an album by Cream, the Jimi Hendrix Experience, Jimi Hendrix, the Strawberry Alarm Clock, Hot Tuna, and everyone else we have advertised and/or buy a cookbook from Amazon.com—we want to make some money here so help us out by buying something!  Allied with them, we are pleased to market their merchandise!  Amazon.com is one of the greatest—if not the ultimate greatest!—online department stores in which, one can find almost everything on the planet.  We love them and they love us and we want all of you to visit them daily, take advantage of their deals on everything from kitchen equipment to cookbooks, CDs, DVDs, and everything else a person could want.  Everything you buy from them puts money into our pockets, which allows us to keep this fine blog up-and-running 24/7/365!  God bless America and God bless Amazon.com!
Thank you!
