We continue offering CDs by one of the greatest bands to come out of the 1960’s, the Grass Roots!  The band’s thirteenth album is actually a dual disk featuring two albums from the time, “Powers of the Night/Uprooted” came out in 1982 and was sort of a bootleg pairing of two almost unknown albums featuring the great Rob Grill!” Use the convenient link posted above, go to Amazon.com, and buy this awesome album NOW! In addition, we are also promoting the book, “Why Government is the Problem: Essays on Public Policy” by Milton Friedman, which came out in 1992! POLITICAL TOPICS AND ESSAYS, PART THIRTY-SEVEN
DAY NUMBER ONE-HUNDRED-AND-FORTY UNDER OBAMACARE

“Political Topics and Essays, Part Thirty-Seven: Barack Obama is NOT the ONLY One destroying the Nation—55 Million Abortions since 1974 have trashed the Nation’s Moral Fabric and will continue doing so unless we somehow rein it in!” by Chef Lilah Paulikovich

1,1085th BLOGPOST AT THE AICP-END
President Barack Obama
Bakersfield, CA, 02-18-2014 Tuesday: A week ago yesterday, word came out that once again, President Barack Obama had put off parts of the atrocious health care law bearing his name off for another year or longer.  I agree with the other conservative bloggers who work here at the AICP-END in that the president lacks the legal authority to keep noodling with this law or any other for that matter and at some point, if the Republicans do not grow a pair and begin fighting back, the entire legal fabric of this land is going to disappear.  If the U.S. Constitution disappears, the law will be whoever the ruling thug is wants it to be and that, my friends, is a recipe for the worst legal fallout anyone in government has ever foisted off on the people of this country!
House Speaker John Boehner
When I was a kid, we took our civics classes and did so with pride even though some of the more Hawaiian, Hawaiians felt that the wealthy planters, traders, and missionaries that flooded our shores had stolen their world from them.  While I sympathize with them, that story is one that I believe Itzi Nakamura covered a couple of weeks ago so we will not bother going there again.  However, the topic of which, I am interested in discussing is the lawlessness of the present administration and seemingly, how NO one wants to challenge it much less stop it!  Never before have we had a group of politicians who seem bent on their own personal fiefdoms, something for which, the founding documents of this nation did not allow.  Yet, men like John Boehner and Mitch McConnell seem to be intent on setting up their own interests when the nation is crying out for relief from all of the things currently tearing it apart.  The main problem that divides us is the horrifyingly controlling Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, something the Republicans need to attack day after day all the way to Election Day this November 04, 260 days from now!
Senate Minority Leader, Mitch McConnell
President Obama does not have the legal authority to keep noodling with his appalling self-named law, one that has forced many businesses to put their workers at 29 hours or less to keep under the ceiling for which, the employer has to provide benefits.  Yet, it seems that almost every week, the president is out there fixing this and tinkering with that so he can try to save the bulk of his party from being destroyed this fall.  Heck, here in Democrat-controlled Hawaii, there are signs that the GOP is on the upswing and that we might actually have an opportunity to unseat Governor Neil Abercrombie and get another GOP member elected there.  It is possible that the fallout from the health care law is going to be of the magnitude of the mistreatment of the needs of American blacks in the early decades of the 20th Century that led them to abandon the party that freed their forebears and swing over to the Democrats under Franklin Delano Roosevelt.   I think that we could sway not only the blacks but also every other group, which the Dems have categorized into special interest groups (identity politics) if we but had the right people in office who could make it all happen!  The trouble is that it seems that we do NOT; we have losers like Speaker John Boehner, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, House Majority Leader, Eric Cantor, and even a local favorite of yours in Bakersfield, Kevin McCarthy
President Franklin Delano Roosevelt
I realize that there are some who think I am being ‘mean’ or ‘over-zealous’ but let’s face it, other than bloviating, what have any of these men done?  Some suspect—that John Boehner is truly a Democrat in disguise because all of the things that he and his House leadership does is stuff that makes the party look bad.  Things like voting over and over on STOPPING Obamacare when they don’t have the votes or the ability to stop it is crazy just as is being the ‘Party of NO’ all the time.  Granted, we don’t want to deal with immigration reform at all but saying that it’s not going to even come up for discussion this year, much less have a vote makes us look like the racist, big-money party, who hates minorities.  I believe the only reason Mr. Boehner does not want to bring the issue to the floor is that he knows that next year when the GOP wins the Senate, they will be able to pass their own immigration reform bill and to allow the millions already here to become citizens as well as the millions more on the way.  We are the only nation in the world that does not enforce its border laws because both parties seem to think that the illegals are their ‘friends’ and that they will ultimately vote for them.  This is absurd, in fact, I have a different belief about why the nation’s leaders are so determined to legalize the illegals and I will tell you what I think now:
Congressman Kevin McCarthy, Republican, Bakersfield, CA
We all know that abortion is the law of the land; Roe v. Wade made it so.  Since the mid-1970’s, this nation has aborted MORE than 55-million potential American citizens that would continue our traditions, mores, and ideas.  Instead, since the far left is so damned determined to keep the abortion mills running—even when we know fetuses have more sensibility at an earlier stage than ever before believed!—in order to carry out this insane societal experiment.  A great nation obviously needs a growing population with which, it accomplishes the great tasks it sets forth like going to the Moon and to Mars, keeping militant Islam and expansionist communism at bay while liberating millions of people from the yokes of their dictators to name a few.  Unfortunately, these liberal leaders feel that it is acceptable to bring in a class of foreigners who do not speak the language, possess the education, and have the knowledge to help us accomplish our great designs to replace the Americans we continue aborting every day of the week!  Forty years of abortion have led this nation to the negative space it now inhabits and since that time, the quality of leadership has plummeted and will continue doing so unless we put a stop to this madness by fighting to regain our national sanity!
Roe v. Wade—destroying the Nation’s  Moral Fabric
I believe that the country is under siege from without and that the liberals believe they can replace the population their abortionist-in-chief, President Obama, seems to feel is acceptable.  Being a strong Catholic, aborting the unborn is horrifying and I believe that it has forced our moral compass as a nation off course and that our failing economic, moral, and societal situations are a sure sign that we are falling into the hands of the dark one.  Laugh if you will, Satan is alive and well and running amuck in the world but especially so in The United States of America and I believe that unless we do something to fix this barbarous tragedy of Greek proportions, then our nation basically deserves what it gets.  I believe that Barack Obama, one of the most Pro-Choice proponents of abortion at ALL stages is a direct cause of all that is happening in the nation, especially all of the negative things that have been ongoing these past five-plus years.  I say this because I feel that I am an astute political observer and that I believe that this change in direction is the direct result because this man was a blank canvass upon which, others splashed their paint.  I urge you, if you have NOT seen Dinesh D’Souza’s2016 Obama’s America” that you do so.  This movie sets it all right there for the viewer to observe and from which, he or she can learn.  It is a movie that moved both my husband and myself as well as our kids who sat down and watched it with us.  I urge you to sit down with your family and to watch it together, it is important to understand WHY we are in the sad state in which, we are.
RINO Congressman Paul Ryan—needs to GO Home!
I think that if the GOP is interested in saving the country and putting an end to Obamaism, they have to look beyond the current crop who will be fighting to win the nomination in 2016 and to find someone new.  Someone I particularly liked is Dr. Benjamin Carson, the fantastic neurosurgeon who has commercials on television at the moment.  We know he is considering throwing his hat into the ring and it is men and women such as he who should be our standard-bearer and not some turncoat such as Paul Ryan, Eric Cantor, or someone as horrifying as John McCain.  What I know is this: Hillary is not going to be the candidate because anyone who thinks NO one is going to challenger her for the seat is absolutely insane as there are going to be many challengers.  I believe that we now have entered a phase in our nation when all candidates for the top job will have to be a minority of one kind or another because now that the door has been opened and opened wide, I should say, there’s no stopping what is going to flow through it.  However, if the Republicans put up another white guy for the job, they are going to lose and lose big.
Dr. Benjamin Carson—potential GOP Candidate for President in 2016
We will continue discussing our topics tomorrow but for now, that is going to do it for today. I think we have some important groundwork from which, we can continue to expand and I hope that you find it to be enjoyable.  Politics is becoming a national obsession of sorts and while that’s a good thing, it would be even better if ALL of the news channels actually vetted the candidates and did a good job of doing it rather than leaving it all up to the Fox News Channel!  Perhaps we will discuss that tomorrow because why has the American media abrogated its sworn duty, the thing that keeps it free and of relevance in favor of being in the tank for the Democrats?  Is it power, is it getting a seat at the table or is it because they have sold their souls to side with the Devil, I don’t know.  We will investigate this theme tomorrow!

As always, we have a great time around here and that is why we want all of you to become a part of the organization by submitting articles to us for inspection and full-credit.  It is a great thing if you would do this, as it is a symbiotic relationship: we give you the space to share your recipes and in return, you send us more and more people who will become dedicated followers of the AICP-END.  Currently of multi-diversity across the Internet, it is important that we hear the voices of more and more people from all walks of the foodservice profession —join us. We urge our readership to write to us, leave comments, and if there are any of you, who would care to write an article for us, please get in touch via Magnolia Hilltop Brewers, P.O. Box 20669, Bakersfield, CA 93390-0669.  We obviously do not pay anything but give YOU full byline and that, my friends, is worth its weight in gold.  We want as many people who want to write to be able to do so and we believe that by presenting a forum for our fellow chefs, we are doing something for our beloved industry.  We love diversity and hope to add new and different authors to our pantheon of chefs, food and beverage directors, and culinary professionals.  Come on and join us, it will be fun! Expect that when all of us have run through our cycle, we will be introducing some brand-new talent or so Stinky says.
SIXTEEN GREATEST HITS
We have touted the AARC Technology Company here in Bakersfield, CA, and must add the Nerds on Call.com folks.  Without them keeping our blog up-and-running, there is no telling where we would be now.  We have a great many problematic issues here at the AICP-END because even with the best security systems in the world, malware and other terrible fecal materials manage to penetrate the blogsite.  Do yourself a favor, hire the best, and note, you can have online help via a remote button on your desktop for just $25 per month!  Get in contact with the Nerds now!  Here’s another note: do NOT do business with Galkos Construction, Inc., those people are nothing but crooks as if you lease your system, you will never pay it off, plus you have to pay them for excess energy produced by your system, the electric company does not buy all of it nor do they!  AVOID GCI AT ALL COSTS; DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!
MOVE ALONG
We are selling recipes all the time and you can order things you would like copies of simply by mailing us your name, address, the recipe you would like and a check for $1.00.  You can buy an entire week’s worth of recipes when we do a series simply by sending us a check or money order (no cash please!) for $20 and we will have it out to you in the next day’s mail.  Please become a part of the AICP-END by sending us your names, addresses, and information and we will welcome all of you with open arms!
ALOTTA MILEAGE
To buy paintings, recipes, or full article series, please send us your information by mailing us at P.O. Box #20669, Bakersfield, CA, 93309-0669.  You can call about paintings at 661-834-5185; we will take all calls and provide to you as much information as is available.  It is time that we begin taking the next step and to immortalize Beverly Carrick for eternity and begin moving towards the establishment of a website of our own! God bless each single one of you amongst our fan base!
THE ABC COLLECTION
I am excited that right now, the group of the day is the one-and-only Grass Roots, this band was always one of my favorites, they had hit after hit and did them well, in sort of a timeless fashion.  I always loved all of their hits and I am so glad that the board decided to add them to the AICP-END playlist!  Maybe one of these days, we will find time to add the Electric Prunes to the list along with the Union Gap featuring Gary Puckett and some of the other bands from the ‘old days!’  What about the Beach Boys?  No one has even brought their name up, I would love to see the music of the Beach Boys shared with the rest of the world through our millions of fans!  Leave comments, become a follower, send us your friends and family, and most of all, join us every day of the week because we do it better than anyone else doing it on the Internet!  This is our commitment to you, we strive to be the best seven days a week, 365 days per year!  I am going out to the famed Trout’s Bar in Oildale, California, so please join me if you would like to meet me!  Aloha, I will see you tomorrow, take care!
POWERS OF THE NIGHT/UPROOTED
Stinkbug’s Closing:
Anyhow, let us close with this impassioned plea—please leave some comments and/or become a follower. What's more, why not spend some money and purchase an album by the Grass Roots,  It’s A Beautiful Day,  Moby Grape, and everyone else we have advertised and/or buy a cookbook from Amazon.com—we want to make some money here so help us out by buying something!  Allied with them, we are pleased to market their merchandise!  Amazon.com is one of the greatest—if not the ultimate greatest!—online department stores in which, one can find almost everything on the planet.  We love them and they love us and we want all of you to visit them daily, take advantage of their deals on everything from kitchen equipment to cookbooks, CDs, DVDs, and everything else a person could want.  Everything you buy from them puts money into our pockets, which allows us to keep this fine blog up-and-running 24/7/365!  God bless America and God bless Amazon.com!
Thank you!
