 POLITICAL TOPICS AND ESSAYS, PART
EIGHT

DAY NUMBER ONE-HUNDRED-AND-ELEVEN UNDER OBAMACARE!

“Political Topics and Essays, Part Eight: Chef Elvin comes to Town and begins ‘Going to Town’ on the Democrats and the GOP RINOS and begins looking at the Republican Senators at Risk in November—PLUS Thomas Sowell!” by Chef Elvin C. McCardle

1,1056th BLOGPOST AT THE AICP-END!
California Governor Jerry Brown
Bakersfield, CA, 01-20-2014 Monday: Welcome to my first visit for the year 2014, when last we met, it was August of last year and we were discussing the topics of the day, stuff like the oncoming Obamacare, which now is a cold, hard fact and the fact that California Governor Jerry Brown had signed AB1266, the so-called “Bathroom Bill.” Well, almost six months later, these things are now the law of the land and as for the first item on the list—the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act —we now know it’s worse than what any of us thought last year.  The rollout on October 1 was simply horrible, people running around trying to find or keep coverage and discovering that they lost it and had nowhere to go with the exception of Medicaid.  What’s more, employers have cut work hours by eleven or more hours per week so they can slip underneath the mandatory amount for which, they must provide health insurance to their employees.  Yet, at the same time, President Barack Obama and the cretins in his administration go around braying about how the unemployment number has dropped below seven percent (a big lie!) and how employers are now hiring more and more people at increasingly higher wages!  Where do these imbeciles live, on the planet Mars?
President Barack Obama
As you know—if you are one of my fans—is that I live in Ventura, California, one of the most beautiful—and costly!—cities in California and our unemployment rate is pretty high.  We hire many ‘immigrant workers’ to fill the slots because the number of American citizens still working in the foodservice industry is less than what it was ten years ago.  People are desperate to take any job at minimum wage because they now have an increase, which means that we have laid even more people off rather than hire them.  At my business, well, I have had to lay some workers off while others self-laid themselves off due to fewer and fewer hours.  One of the things we have done to remedy the situation is to close on Sundays and Mondays because the extra two days brought in less income than what we have lost by closing those two days.  I suspect that as things go on, more and more businesses will do the same thing because when it comes to personal survival, meaning one’s own business and livelihood, you do what you have to do.  The workers whom I have kept on in the kitchen are grateful for their jobs just as I am having them while the floor staff is dependable and helps make everything work.  Without their participation, what we have accomplished over the past 12 years would all be not and the Obamaists would win because they would have even MORE Americans to whom to provide jobless benefits.  This is something they want to do because the more people they place on the dole, the more dedicated they become to both the Democrats and the Republican RINOS, people we are going to knock out this fall!  November is going to be a great year in American politics, mid-terms are particularly onerous for the party in power, especially a party such as what we have now: the American Socialist-Democrats!
The Tea Party
Now, Chef Hector Santanamos was working on a brand-new category, one that I am going to continue into this week and something I suspect that ALL of us are going to do: Political Topics and Essays!  This allows us to return to what we did in the original blog and that was chomp on politics with some culinary arts tossed in for good measure!  This year, it is quite possible that there will be NO foodservice topics here because everyone is going to get his or her shot to tell it how they feel it to be!  Yesterday, Chef Hector finished off discussing the Democrat senators at risk in November and I am going to take a whack at the Republicans in danger of losing their seats.  One thing to be sure: ALL RINOS must be hunted into extinction, we have them in our crosshairs and are going to take them out one by one in a electoral sort of way!  Here we go:
Senator Jeff Sessions, Alabama
Senator Sessions is one of the better men in the Senate and has been there since 1996. He is a strong defender of individual liberties and a man who holds the Tea Party in high esteem.  I cannot imagine that Senator Sessions is in any risk of losing his seat but then, the way the Democrats are transforming red states into purple ones and then into solid blue should scare the living crap out of every rock solid conservative! We need to keep this man in office!
Senator Saxby Chambliss, Georgia
Unfortunately, for the conservative movement, Senator Chambliss is retiring at the end of the year, a real tragedy if ever there was one.  Currently, there is a spate of candidates seeking to fill his shoes and it’s my hope that of the eight Republican candidates seeking the seat as opposed to four Dems, the best of the bunch will make it to Washington.  We cannot allow the liberals to steal this seat so it is my hope that the best candidate will win the primary.  Representative Paul Broun of Georgia’s 10th Congressional District is a strong contender for Senator Chambliss’ seat and it is my hope that everyone will donate handsomely to this candidate!
Senator Jim Risch, Idaho
Senator Risch is running for his sophomore term in the U.S. Senate and the last time he ran back in 2008, he cleaned the clocks of a Democrat and an Independent, the latter being someone, I’m sure the Dems financed to split the vote.  I suspect that Risch will have no problems whatsoever, even with the fact that his competitor has yet to be seen.  Idaho is a great state, very conservative and they make sure they keep the Dems outside of the government.  God bless them!
Senator Pat Roberts, Kansas
Senator Roberts is a RINO and is in danger of a primary challenger, Dr. Milton WolfDr. Wolf is affiliated with the Tea Party movement and an ardent enemy of the Affordable Care Act, one of the many doctors stepping up to the plate this November.  You see, it’s like with Dr. Benjamin Carson, we need people who work in the medical industry who KNOW what needs to be done, something of which,  no lifelong politician has any knowledge.  This is the FINAL chance that we will have to slow this horrible law down so that the next Republican president can dismantle and destroy the PPACA!  Please, look up Dr. Wolf and donate to the man’s war chest!  Senator Roberts is a bum like Mitch McConnell and has to go!
Senator Mitch McConnell, Kentucky

Speaking of the devil, here he is, Senator Mitch McConnell, the slime ball of slime balls!  Senator McConnell has been in office since 1984 and is a man possessed with destroying the Tea Party movement and who wants to keep RINOS in power.  It’s bad enough we have fricking Democrats with which to deal but add to that the number of RINOS we have and it’s no wonder the government is as messed up as it is!  We need to eject this man from office as quickly as we possibly can and that means, NO MITCH in 2014!  He has two Republican challengers and a bevel of Democrats seeking to undo the man.  In 2008, he managed to beat his challenger, Bruce Lunsford, by 53-47 percent, so this time around, if he wins the primary, the Dems may take the worthless bastard out!
Senator Susan Collins, Maine

Senator Collins has been in office since 1996 and has been a strong RINO moderate in the Senate although at times, she can surprise people and vote for conservative laws.  I do not think that she is in any danger of being overthrown by a Democrat because last time, she beat her challenger, Rep. Thomas Allen, by 61-39 percent, a pretty hefty margin.  I do not think she need fear losing her seat!
Senator Thad Cochran, Mississippi

The final senator for today is Thad Cochran of Mississippi, a man who’s been in office a long, long time.  First elected in 1978, Senator Cochran is one of those RINOS who treads in the shadows keeping himself out of the limelight unlike some others.  However, he faces a primary challenger, state Senator Chris McDaniel, a man who has given speeches before the Tea Party and one who HATES the PPACA.  On behalf of the lieutenant governor of Mississippi, Phil Bryant, back in 2009, Senator McDaniel attempted to hamstring the Obamacare Act, something he did with another 11 people from his state.  Of course, the federal government has managed to sidestep these challenges but that is why Senator Cochran fears losing his seat because he is a John McCain-Lindsey Graham RINO and needs to go!

PEOPLE, HELL, AND ANGELS
As always, we have a great time around here and that is why we want all of you to become a part of the organization by submitting articles to us for inspection and full-credit.  It is a great thing if you would do this, as it is a symbiotic relationship: we give you the space to share your recipes and in return, you send us more and more people who will become dedicated followers of the AICP-END.  Currently of multi-diversity across the Internet, it is important that we hear the voices of more and more people from all walks of the foodservice profession —join us. We urge our readership to write to us, leave comments, and if there are any of you, who would care to write an article for us, please get in touch via Magnolia Hilltop Brewers, P.O. Box 20669, Bakersfield, CA 93390-0669.  We obviously do not pay anything but give YOU full byline and that, my friends, is worth its weight in gold.  We want as many people who want to write to be able to do so and we believe that by presenting a forum for our fellow chefs, we are doing something for our beloved industry.  We love diversity and hope to add new and different authors to our pantheon of chefs, food and beverage directors, and culinary professionals.  Come on and join us, it will be fun! Expect that when all of us have run through our cycle, we will be introducing some brand-new talent or so Stinky says.
UNRELEASED EXPERIENCE
LIVE AT MIAMI POP FESTIVAL 1968
We have touted the AARC Technology Company here in Bakersfield, CA, and must add the Nerds on Call.com folks.  Without them keeping our blog up-and-running, there is no telling where we would be now.  We have a great many problematic issues here at the AICP-END because even with the best security systems in the world, malware and other terrible fecal materials manage to penetrate the blogsite.  Do yourself a favor, hire the best, and note, you can have online help via a remote button on your desktop for just $25 per month!  Get in contact with the Nerds now!  Here’s another note: do NOT do business with Galkos Construction, Inc., those people are nothing but crooks as if you lease your system, you will never pay it off, plus you have to pay them for excess energy produced by your system, the electric company does not buy all of it nor do they!  AVOID GCI AT ALL COSTS; DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!
FRESH CREAM
We are selling recipes all the time and you can order things you would like copies of simply by mailing us your name, address, the recipe you would like and a check for $1.00.  You can buy an entire week’s worth of recipes when we do a series simply by sending us a check or money order (no cash please!) for $20 and we will have it out to you in the next day’s mail.  Please become a part of the AICP-END by sending us your names, addresses, and information and we will welcome all of you with open arms!
DISRAELI GEARS
To buy paintings, recipes, or full article series, please send us your information by mailing us at P.O. Box #20669, Bakersfield, CA, 93309-0669.  You can call about paintings at 661-834-5185; we will take all calls and provide to you as much information as is available.  It is time that we begin taking the next step and to immortalize Beverly Carrick for eternity and begin moving towards the establishment of a website of our own! God bless each single one of you amongst our fan base!
WHEELS OF FIRE
I am glad to be back and always enjoy seeing my friends here at the AICP-END, the place where we get down to brass tacks and bust some chops!  I love being able to discuss the issues of the day with my group of friends and am so glad that I am here while we finish up with Jimi Hendrix and work our way through the greatest rock band of all time, Cream!  Both of these acts were and still are amazing and it is my hope that you will seek all of these albums out, buy them and also the books we now advertise!   I am excited that I am here at a time when we begin looking at the works of Thomas Sowell, one of the best economic authors I have ever read.  He has so many awesome works that I do not believe we will make it through the week before we hit someone else.  He might go on for ten or more days so make sure you join us every single day for the best of the best!  That will do it for today, have a great day, love you all and thanks for joining me today, I will see you all tomorrow! Bye!
GOODBYE CREAM
Stinkbug’s Closing:
Anyhow, let us close with this impassioned plea—please leave some comments and/or become a follower. What's more, why not spend some money and purchase an album by Cream, the Jimi Hendrix Experience, Jimi Hendrix, the Steve Miller Band, Hot Tuna, and everyone else we have advertised and/or buy a cookbook from Amazon.com—we want to make some money here so help us out by buying something!  Allied with them, we are pleased to market their merchandise!  Amazon.com is one of the greatest—if not the ultimate greatest!—online department stores in which, one can find almost everything on the planet.  We love them and they love us and we want all of you to visit them daily, take advantage of their deals on everything from kitchen equipment to cookbooks, CDs, DVDs, and everything else a person could want.  Everything you buy from them puts money into our pockets, which allows us to keep this fine blog up-and-running 24/7/365!  God bless America and God bless Amazon.com!
Thank you!
